I have to be honest. I have always had a problem with this location. I've managed papa johns myself in the past here locally and this one has always failed me and the papa johns name. Until tonight. I called to place my order and a man named jonny answered and politely started to take my order. But then all of a sudden said im putting you on hold. Me being frustrated and hungry hung up and said that's that I'm done with this location. But as soon as I could finish the thought jonny called back and reassured me he didn't mean to abruptly put me on hold. He needed to tend to the oven. Which I can completely understand. He then agreed changes should and could be made and we continued my order. This location will keep business like mine if they keep employees like jonny. But you only keep those employees with appriation and most of all raises. Maybe if they hire more people like jonny it'll get a 5 star.
I called at 3PM to schedule a delivery at 715 PM because I work at a Hospital OR and have a 30 min window to eat. 730-8. My pizza didn't come until 740. No call to let me know it was going to be late and when I called the store I was put on hold and hung up on 3 times. Absolutely the worst customer service experience possible.
Papa John's is one of the best franchise style pizza joints out there. Chicken wings are delicious and they're not puny. And the pizza is always hot and fresh and loaded with toppings. They beat Pizza Hut, Hungry Howie's, Domino's or any of those stores. So order your pizza from there next time and enjoy.
The delivery driver was incredibly nice. Food was exactly as expected. Give the driver a bonus!
We ordered from here last week and they stepped up their game!!! They delivered everything hot, with paper plates, napkins AND seasonings. Extremely pleased!!!
I love that Papa John’s still partners with the Rays and offers the Rays6 promo. These days we usually order delivery and appreciate the contactless delivery option. Pizza was really good and hot upon arrival. Delivery drivers are always courteous too.
Never posted a review but feeling pretty annoyed that my husband went back in for extra peppers and this is what they charged him $4+ for. Not cool.
First time, every thing was good.
Did an online order and found out that my cheese sticks were breadsticks. The manager didn't hesitate and made me a box of cheese sticks like I thought I ordered. I didn't catch the young fella's name. But I will compliment you on the great customer service. Thanks again
