Went to pick up dinner over an hour before they closed and they had everything put away except one type of chicken, some old rice and chow main. I asked if they had orange chicken “no we’re out”. You’re Not Out! You just don’t want to make it! I get you want to end your day but I didn’t show up 10 minutes before you closed. So if you actually want to get food from this location be sure to show up 2-3 hours before they close.
Update! I have not been there in 2 weeks for obvious reasons. Today, 12/31/2021, little too no orange chicken, no terraki chicken. Walked out again due to lack of food and show service. Review for 12/18/2021, For two plus weeks, they have not had terraki chicken. Today at 7 pm, no terraki chicken or orange chicken. I forgot to mention 10 minutes in line, and they were not making any not of either one.
We walked in, a full hour before closing time, and while they were serving another customer they had told us they were closed. I double checked online for the closing hour as well. They were also out of 70 percent of the food there anyways so ordering didn’t seem like an option in the first place.
Great food conveniently located in Seminole Mall. Ordering ahead or in person. Always clean and staff are polite and ready to provide excellent service. Parking is never a problem.
This location regularly closes hours before what they have posted online and they consistently reduce down to two or three menu items hours before closing.
Friendly staff went to lunch at two clock. Wasn't much to pick to east they hadn't got caught up from lunch rush. Still got good meal try something new. Restaurant very clean.
Showed up an hour before close and employees said they weren’t making anymore fried rice. I watched five couples turn around and leave. Just wanted to let the owner know how much business they are loosing over $3 worth of rice. I know it’s hard to find good management but it really inconvenienced a few families tonight.
Today was the second time we’ve arrived here to find the front door locked during business hours. Went around to the side door, found it unlocked and went in. Are you open? Yes. But your front door is locked. No response. After all that it was clear half the food wasn’t ready, so we left. Guys, 10:30 means 10:30; not 11:00; not 11:15. It comes at the same time every day.
The lady on the phone hung up on me twice. Their noodles were very dry and stale. They forgot my sauce. And their food has caused me to throw up for the last 2 hours. Not recommend
Panda express is really good americanised Chinese food. Clean establishment and you can see everything going on regarding food prep/cooking.
