This the worst McDonald's I ever been to and I live close to you guys also it was long line. I ordered my food and waiting till close 1:00am but I just left and didn't pay my food. I never got my food and I will never go back there again.
You canceled my food order, wasting my time and the delivery drivers time.
The MC D's on Starkey and Park raised the prices of their Tea from 1.00 to 1.50.But they didnt raise the prices of the soda .Went to the McD on 66 the Street close to Buran Dairy / the tea is still $1.00.So I asked about this . From what I understand they are owned independently so the Starkey owner 8s just a little more GREEDY
Recent stops at various locations in Florida over the last 2 months has shown that this chain of fast food restaurants is declining. Micky D's used to be known for great french fries. Hot and fresh with just the right amount of salt. Now, barely warm and limp without a trace of salt. When were they cooked? How long have they been siting ? Ordered a double cheeseburger today at the drive thru and had literally two bites and discarded it. Not made fresh to order but maybe made within the last half hour! I believe it's time to switch to another hamburger chain. Sorry - I'm venting here.
Ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes and 2 vanilla. Got to the second window and pulled off... checked my order they gave us 4 strawberry. None of them mixed properly. Had to take the worst of the 4 in to the store to have them exchanged for vanilla. While I brought the 2 worst mixed in to exchange he still asked for my receipt... like 2 of the people in my car changed their minds after they got their shake

Horrible location! Fries ? were Ice Cold, I ordered and payed extra for burgers with no meat, extra veggies, ketchup, mustard and mayo, and the sandwiches had barely anything on them and to the guy argued with me about it. I have to talk to a manager during the day now to try and get my money back or something done to make it right idk!?I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TRYING THIS MCDONALDS ESPECIALLY NOT AT NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING, THEY WERE VERY RUDE, INCONPETENT, RUINED MY ORDER, REFUSED TO REMAKE OR REFUND THE ORDER AND IT ENDED UP BEING A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....GO TO A DIFFERENT McDonald's if possible!!!
This is the McDonalds on Starkey Rd. and Park Blvd. and immediately I saw the Golden arches displayed prominently above the building in a futuristic, yet nostalgic back to the future design.I live near the area so today I decided to walk in and enjoy a Big Mac and soda.Inside, the place was spic and span clean and I happened to use the restroom and it also was very clean.I enjoyed the experience and it reminded me of my childhood memories of yesteryear !!Unfortunately I did not take any photos.
It's a McDonald's. Overall it was a nice place. However I had ordered my food via the mobile app to be delivered to my table. BUT it was never delivered. When I went up to the counter to find out where my food was. The counter person "apologized" saying that they didn't see the table number, or something like that. Yet the table number was very CLEARLY printed on the receipt taped to the box that held my sandwich.
We normally have a great experience at this location. Service was good as always. But....there were a few sketchy people hanging around both inside and outside. I saw another customer go into the men's restroom and come right back out. There was someone passed out is the handicap stall.
