Manners, and common courtesy should be a part of orientation. I understand everyone is working short staffed. But when I pull up to the window to pay, I am greeted by a teenager who tells me the price of my order with his hand out. Not a Good evening, How are you, or even eye contact. That was because he was watching his coworkers phone. After he hands me my bags, he walks away without saying a word. Not, Have a nice night, Enjoy your food, Come back again.Please teach your employees manners. It's not hard to say hello with a smile, while taking the customers money.
Gave me the wrong sandwich and zero napkins.Bummed out considering I was the only one in the drive through from the time I ordered, to the time I left.I didn’t check my bag as I drove away because I had faith in their ability to deliver accordingly, but boy was I wrong, again.Thanks for reminding me to think twice before giving out my trust, McDonald’s.
Told the lady ONLY slivered onions. and to better specify only onions and cheese. I got a burger with no Slivered onions..... how do the words No and Only sound even remotely the same. Plus the attitude of me just ordering my food. This was one of the best McDonalds to go too. I guess not no more
App order completely messed up. Emp rang up entirely different meal and when I tried to correct I was told they could fix at window. At window they had no idea what to do. Employee called Manager which took forever and refunded original order rang in correct order but it was still wrong at pick up. Unacceptable incompetence! No apologies from staff or Manager.
Once again the coke tasted watered down from the ice. I could see thru the clear plastic cup. Time to switch off to Burger King for while. Hash browns and mc muffin were good though. But not good enough to correct what that terrible coke did.
Very dishonest, rude and argumentative staff. Went there this morning for breakfast and got shorted a sandwich. Their useless uneducated staff proceeded to accuse my wife of lying about missing a miserable sandwich. I guess they prefer to call their customers thieves than admit their mistakes. Your garbage breakfast and your crummy customer service is not that good for people to put up with this kind of treatment. I will never set foot in this store again.
I came to this location with no one else in the drive through and got the most stale French fries I've ever gotten.Didn't find out until I had gotten home because on a motorcycle.0/5 this location don't recommend.

I just left this location because it’s close to me… but the fact that I ordered a big breakfast hotcakes etc.. I didn’t get no napkins.. no syrup.. no butter nor no utensils!!!! If I wasn’t close to home what was I supposed to dress my pancakes with or eat it with my hands???!!! I’m curious
Typical fast food. But most drive themselves are open 24 hours and the frames are great.
