Not very friendly staff, had to wait on my order 10 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready, didn't have my butter garlic sauce and I had to show her proof that I ordered the sauce and they didn't have it.
Waited 20 minutes for a hot n ready and crazy bread but they never called my name. Finally asked and they said it got thrown out and had to settle for something else I didn’t order so I didn’t have to wait any longer.
Waited,Wanted a simple 2 hot n ready pizzas which i saw but two people didn't acknowledge me whatsoever over 6 minutes, this woman ignored me while on the phone then ju walked off whole another one watched from a distance. I dnt like giving bad news I dnt even know how to write bad reviews. Maybe someone had a bad moment or day,who knows ,all I know is went to cicis pizza and had a great time, everything happens for a reason ? ❤ ? Wnt ever be bakk to this one unfortunately.
Always messing up orders and have to wait for "another" one to cook. Truly "cheap" pizza joint. Both money and pride in food.
Simple order online, pick up from portal system. Also, great customer service; when my code wasn't working, cashier was very helpful. Thanks.
This is typically a great store and our go-to, but recently anytime we call and it’s anywhere near the last hour that they are open, 7-8, since they close early now, they just won’t answer the phone. Last time we called, not knowing they closed early now, we called back like thirty minutes later in case they were just busy and finally someone answered and very rudely said we close at 8 and hung up.

Nasty food over cooked and terrible customer service general manager told me “she did not have to answer their phone calls” after I tried to call over and over again on my 30 min lunch break. Not to mention doors locked for bathrooms because they are “out of order” with no sign on door. Very unprofessional and will not be returning again! She also gave me an incorrect phone number to cal and complain to corporate.
