Jersey Mike's Subs in Seminole mall is THEEE WORST establishment ever! . We walked in and it was completely dead and we were standing at the counter for a few minutes while the workers were just sitting in the back room. The tables and countertops were all a mess and there was leftover stale looking meat left on stove chilling… On top of that they were out of tomatoes and only had Parmesan / wheat bread ?? ??
Staff was unprofessional and lazy. This was the worst experience I have ever had at one of their establishments. Stood there for 5 min was not acknowledged 1 time in that time. Then a phone call order came, They got service. I was still ignored 2 customers walked out and one of the staff proceeded to scream at us as we were leaving. These employees didn't seem to be happy to be there to serve your customers, nor could they handle the volume of even the smallest lunch rush. I would suggest finding another Jersey Mike's.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with customer mistreatment. Unfortunately no one wears name tags so I can only refer to the employee as the girl with the blue hair. Beware of her!! If they are busy, she cannot handle the pressure and snaps at customers. I wasn’t the only one she got snippy with while I was there. After waiting over 30 minutes I simply asked if my order was going to be made shortly as I had already watched several people come in after me and leave before me. I am a very patient person and I absolutely understand being busy. If she had just let me know that I hadn’t been forgotten, with any ounce of respect, I would have smiled, understood and waited. I only had 2 regular sized subs, placed via mobile order. Nothing crazy. She proceeded to snap at me for asking and got very nasty with her attitude. I went on to wait another 15 minutes, until she finally threw the bags on the counter and didn’t say a word to me. I asked for a bag and she tossed that at me too. I went to my car to check that the order was correct and both subs were totally wrong! Like not a little wrong…but she switched everything around completely. I went back in to tell them it was wrong and she tells me I need to wait through everyone again. I asked for a refund and when the “manager” came to refund, didn’t even offer so much as an apology. If you visit this location and this person is there, I suggest you just walk right back out and go to Tyrone where you’ll have a wayyy better experience.
I went there for lunch and found hard working people. The lady with the blue hair made the best sandwich I have ever had. I could tell she made it with care and the jersey Mike's way. Thank you so much for a great lunch.
Today I met the Dynamic Duo (Darnell and Alli). When I tell you that my sub was on point, it really was. The bellpeppers and onions prepared just right. The steak was juicy & well done. The best Philly cheese steak I've had since I've moved to Florida. Trust and believe I've had many. The Dynamic Duo was just that with personalities to match.
First order from Jersey Mikes. Missing tomatoes. Soggy mess. Absolutely flavorless. This will be the first and last order. Publix has a better sub. Utter disappointment.
Very angry with the person who insulted me. I ordered through Google app and I got a notification stating my order is ready for pick up. The guy in the front was beyond rude where he needs to fired immediately where neither he explained to me clearly nor he doesn't admit his fault. On the top of that he told me to leave the store as if it was my fault and I wasn't causing a scene just need to know for future. He further said he didnt get my order. Get him fired and terminate him immediately I will never get my order in this store again as I will go to another location and report this to better business bureau.

First time here, stopped to puck.up an order for a friend. Everything looked and smells so good I ended up ordering for myself. Very friendly staff and fast service. Easy in and out of the Seminole shopping center..Satisfied and will return
Very disappointed as I'm a regular at this location, I always order the club Supreme or the club sub and ask for roast beef and ham but for some reason the young kid said it was extra this time. I have also ordered this at multiple other locations and never had a problem. I won't be back. Thank you
