On Tuesday the 18th I ordered soup and rice a total of $8.10. I wasn't feeling well and on my drive over there realized I forgot my debit card I quickly called and canceled the order and explained to the man why he was very nice. I ended up in the hospital with a gall bladder attack. Tonight I ordered the same exact thing only I doubled my order the young lady on the phone said well you canceled your last order due to non sufficient funds I explained to her what happened. She said well can you afford to pay for it tonight I was shocked I said yes. I swear if I was not feeling so horrible I would have driven a 100 miles to go someplace else other than here never never ever again obviously you keep records and you know how much we've ordered and spent over the last 15 years at your establishment but I will enjoy spending my money some place else from now on.I would like to add that someone from the restaurant did call me asap and apologized. Yesterday This I can appreciate. . Thankypu for trying to correct the situation.
THE FOOD IS BEYOND EXCELLENT! AND THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT VERY KIND AND CONSIDERATE TO YOUR ORDERS. ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT AND DELIVER TIME IS ALWAYS QUICK. I MUST SAY IN ENJOY ALL THE ASIAN TYPE CUISINES THAT ARE ON HONG KONG RESTAURANT. EXCELLENT. COMBO MEALS AND LUNCH SPECIALS ARE GREAT AND MANY CHOICES TO SELECT FROM. YOU MUST TRY HONG KONG !!!!! AND TRY THE MAIN MENU ITEMS ALL TYPES OF SEAFOODS, BEEF, CHICKEN, AND PORK ALL FRESH AND TASTY TOO. ^-^ !!!
Super Great Food.. Made Fresh to order..Chicken and the Beef on a Stick are so Delicious and Moist... Wings Are whole .. not cut up.. They are Better Than KFC WINGS..This Was My First Time To Get Food From Them.. 5 Stars FOOD & SERVICE..IM DEFINITELY GOING TO COME BACK..So Yummy For My Tummy...
Orpicked up our order and returned home. When we eat the meal out we realized it was not what we ordered, it was late so mom called in to complain and they said they would replace it at her convenience. We left to go back to Ky the next day. We just arrive back in town now there week's later , I called and they did not honor their word. Typical expectations for the Chinese, they run their restaurant like the chi else run their government. Horribly. We will be eating Dragon Phoenix.Now this is funny. 10 minutes later after a slap in the face by saying no, they called back and said, no, we no replace order. I asked why they called back to say no again that they already said it. She started getting very very excited almost to the point of hysteria.I calmly said, why did you call back she would t stop talking.Bottom line, other than. Food, there is no bridge in the gap between Americans and Chinese. And if Trump would have been able to make new deals in India, India would surpass China rather fast, because they are so much smarter. The chi else are dumb, which is why they live a communist lifestyle, they must force the others to follow their ignorance lol. Weirdest ppll in the world.
Love their food but recently I asked for change when the delivery person came and they said they would run to their car to get it and come back. They never came back and basically got a $34 tip.When I placed my order I specifically asked if the delivery person could bring change for a larger bill because if they couldn’t I would have gone to pick it up and stopped at the gas station to get smaller bills, or even just paid with my debit card. But I was told they would make sure they had the right change.I’m a single mom and it was a crazy evening and I didn’t even realize they never returned with the money until much later that evening. So when I called the next day to inquire if maybe they just added it to my account they said they would talk to the delivery driver and call me back but they didn’t.Honestly the food is great and prices good and I’ve ordered from them since but I make sure I have small bills now.
So I ordered beef and broccoli with some shrimp chow main, it’s was $40 with a tip included,the part that discussed me the most was the BUG!!!!! Aka a blood filled mosquito.I’ve lived here my whole life and never experienced something so gross,they leave there doors open all day and night so I could imagine what flys/crawls into that place.Never again!!!!
We ahd been ordering from them for years when we lived in Bay Islands. When the parents owned it, food was great.We ordered from them last night.IT WAS THE WORST MEAL WE HAVE EVER HAD FROM THERE.WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
Every time I have ordered take out from here it has been awesome! They take pride in their food and it shows!
Update 7mon later.. foods suddenly.. bland.. no flavor & tastes like plastic.. used to be so delicious, now ... well, we'll find a new spot. We don't want to be eating roaches like other reviews I've seen. ? I'd rather pay little extra for better food. Hong Kong needs to step it up
Picked up lunch. We had shrimp and broccoli, General Tso's chicken, and sesame chicken. We thought it was yummy. Plan to return OFTEN!
