After so many days of rude and horrible customer service, from the window girl (didn’t get her name). I finally had a wonderful employee today Rhonda very sweet and pleasant, she actually spoke to me her customer with no attitude and made my day!
I waited 20 minutes in a 3 car line in the middle of the day on 1/11/22 to receive a stale bagel and stale hash browns. I don’t leave reviews but this was just not acceptable.
Wife goes there for the coffee....she loves it. The donuts are meh compared to places like Sunshine, Donuts Pies and More, or even Frays.
Fast and easy this morning, got my large hot macchiato and a orange cranberry muffin in 7 minutes flat.
It was ok not great, no real customer service or friendly, that is what helps me to choose where to go. If the customer service is lacking I tend to not go back.
Don’t use coupons at this place. They give you a coupon for bogo lattes but only fill the cups halfway. What a sham
Sadly they didn't even melt the cheese :( just a block of cheese never heated... guess they forgot?sandwhich is barely warm

This is defiantly the best Dunkin’ In Pinellas county! Our iced cappuccinos are always made perfectly! The staff is always friendly and hospitable. Honestly we drive Paske’s multiple Dunkin’s just to come to this one because of how great of a job they do. Thank you!
