Hello, I just left the Dunkin' donuts in Seminole, FL. There was only ONE customer in the building and they were already served. I stood there for about 3 minutes..... thinking okay ? busy maybe but no after looking at the situation. Finally a worker came in ..... watched her walk right past me look at me watched her clock in on the computer (assuming that's what she did). Then looked at me again WALKED AWAY. Okay let me go back ... when I walked in I was NEVER acknowledged greeted or anything. So after that..... she never said have you been helped nothing of that nature. Finally after watching and listening to her stand there and talk to other employees I leaned over and said ..... Hello is there anyone working the counter..... both of the girls whispered something and laughed and which at this point I didn't care I just wanted to be acknowledged and served. She walked over with an attitude and did the job she was hired to do... WOW I am sure glad I do not go there on a regular basis... I was there getting sister her coffee lol and I got that ?. We all have bad days but come on!!!! I hope everyone reading this has an amazing day ?
I stopped by the drive thru to try the new omelet bites, it was noon. After I paid I was handed a bag with napkins on top, which blew away with (no comment from the associate or offer for replacements). After I got to my first red light I looked inside, no box with 2 lil egg rings inside like on the TV. I had a bag suitable for tater tots or small fries, the 2 omelet bites were in the bottom of it, no fan faire. Not sure if a condiment is included, one would have been nice and there ought to be at least ketchup available, hot sauce would be better. I never go to DD except for gift cards for others, that won't be changing.The bites were ok, they were fresh and hot.
This location should be COMPLETELY shut down until they learn how to listen to their customers!!!!!!!I will NEVER be back to this location or probably none of them!!!All of us customers DESERVE to get what we ask for since we pay for it… just saying ??????????
Starting to think that none of the Dunkin Donuts in the entire city open on time. Went through the drive-thru, waited several minutes, and was ignored while staff was walking around the building. Was the first person there and employee made me go around to the speaker again because SHE was late putting on her headset so I had to wait behind three cars after already waiting ten minutes after opening. All that to get some soggy Hash browns and bacon smh. They need some serious help in there. Should have gotten a refund.
The employees always seem so lazy and distracted and don’t ever make the orders correctly. The coffee always tastes burnt or like there’s too much syrup. They’re always out of something. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks down the road instead.
Quick service and decaf coffee with almond milk that I couldn't have gotten from a fast food drive-thru. Didn't taste burnt like some places where I have ordered decaf.
The breakfast egg,cheese,sausage on croissant was cold, & bread tough. Unedible & wasted $4. Only donut I like is Bavarian creme & they're sold out by 7:30 am on my last 10 visits. Wouldn't a smart manager order more? It's as if all been cooked & cookie cutter stamped out at one corporate location & the lack of taste is pitiful but that's only my opinion. I think even Wawa gas station is far better.
Probably the worst dunkin in the county. Every order is either missing something or they burnt something. Everyone's also very rude except one new girl doing the drive thru. New employees every week.
I love Dunkin’ but this store is always so slow. You shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to order.
The drive thru and parking lot very small for the traffic. The drive thru is almost impossible to get to if coming off of the side street. You have to pull in to parking space then turn around to make it in the drive thru if coming off from Seminole you end up blocking in folks that park to go inside. It's like a no win situation . I avoid this location if I can help it for reasons above. Now, the staff are very friendly. Never had issues with the staff.
