Ordered a pot roast sandwich and got nothing but fat and goo. Not too happy by this… also got 2 completely wrong drinks. Ordered 2 dr peppers and got a sweet tea and root beer instead. Fries had absolute no salt on them, just straight potato. I love Culver’s but that was horrible.
This is the second time I’ve bought a root beer float and had to turn around because it’s half empty before even having a single sip.We also noticed our fries was half emptySo I turned around and they fixed these issues. However when I got home just now I see they are missing a cheese fries order we paid for. Great! Three out of seven items wrong. Insane. Will not be back.
Food is always hot and fresh. Everything is great.
Hope the manager reads this and realize what his/her employee is doing. It's a busy night at the restaurant line through the door. Stood in line to finally ordered my food. Afterwards checking the receipt realize that there's a shake missing from the orders. Return to the cashier that took my order Noah to ask for my order to be corrected. He was absolutely rude regarding the issue. Placing blame and saying it's not his fault. 1st I didn't blame him I just simply asked for the order to be corrected. He then state he will take my order after everyone in line, mind you the line is still through the door. I already stood in line, place my order. I just wanted it corrected cause there was a mistake. He wanted me to stand back in the long line again before he fix the order, that he originally took himself. Thank goodness Carol the cashier next to him notice his rudeness and decided to help. She was amazing.
Really enjoyed my burger and onion rings. Staff wasn't exactly very engaging or helpful and it was my first time. I was able to figure it out and really enjoyed the food. The sweet tea is pretty good as well.
First and last time to Culver's. I ordered a burger deluxe with bacon and onion rings, my friend a burger deluxe with bacon and fries, we both had drinks for 20.74 including tax. The burgers tasteless, onion rings over cooked and crinkle cut fries okay. There are better burger options at better prices.... Best wishes Culver's

Wow went to get some ice-cream for my grandson that was the only thing we ordered...about 15 minutes later when they still have not delivered the ice-cream, went to check counter they (the worker's) we're just standing around talking ?...and we were the only customers....the Kid did enjoy the ice-cream
Being from Wisconsin, and in Florida for 20 years, I've always thought Culver's would be amazing down here.. their food is always good, cheese curds are amazing. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Be patient, it's a mix of a sit down and fast food restaurant.
