Tonight we ordered 4 entrees, chips and a side of guacamole on-line for pickup. The side of guacamole was OLD, yucky brownish color. The sofritas bowl with guacamole (extra $2.60) had the same gross guac. We placed another order for the sofritas bowl without guacamole (we didn't complain. simply reordered and paid) When my husband went to pick up the 2nd order, he asked to swap the spoiled guacamole for fresh and the employee told him to just report it to chipotle.com! Yes, I did. Poor experience.
Fantastic salad with pollo asado. The asado is made with grilled chicken, garlic, fresh lime, guajillo peppers and cilantro. It is so tasty!!! I could eat this every day! Staff was very friendly also.
I ordered at 6:45pm for pick up at 7:10pm. I waiting for over an hour and had customers with later order times pick up their food before my order. Once I got my order it was missing contents. I finally got an employee to make the missing contents after having to argue about it and showing order prof through my email and still said no. The employee that stepped up and made the missing parts to my order got a nice tip because she just made the order with out question and give good customer support. Drove home with the order to realize they mixed up orders and was wrong. Went back to get a refund and complain and they wouldn't issue me a refund on the spot and made me fill out a request online. The online request the manager gave me didn't work so I had to wait for her to go to the back on her computer to fill it out. She then came back out to me to tell me she couldn’t figure out how to do it online because of an “update”. My night was a complete waist and ruined thanks to the wonderful staff. I was their from 6:45 to 9:00pm. Worst chipotle experience ever definitely would recommend spending a couple extra minutes of driving to another chipotle to have a better service experience. If I could give this zero stars I would.
Been to a lot of Chipotle in this county and most of them load you up with ingredients. Today I had a bowl from this one and she gave me a half scoop of meat. When they were done making the bowl it was still half empty. Don't waste your time going to this Chipotle, there are others near by.
Decent line when we got there but moved very fast, so no problem. Always good food. Ok prices.
Service was fast and the staff is friendly. The brown rice I got with my chorizo bowl was a little more bitey than I like but overall the bowl was good. The chorizo product is something I'm going to get again.
Paul and Zane were super awesome! Overall super friendly crew, very fast service and the food was as perfect as Chipotle gets! This is probably the best location I've been to!
They treat the food delivery people very well sometimes it takes a while to get an order but overall I'm very happy with every location I've ever gone to.
Typical chain for Mexican food. Friendly staff and easy location to access. Never much of a wait but always someone there ahead of you in line. Popular place. Enjoyable.
I just skimmed reviews and found three about finding dangerous foreign objects in the food so I’m just raising awareness because that’s awful.
