We had an amazing experience at your store yesterday! Our cashier,Carter was phenomenal!!!! His bright bubbly personality lit our faces with smiles! He was kind, courteous and on top of it! No sooner did we sit down and dig in, and he came right over offering us refills! Compared to the other employees (and boy were there a LOT of employees there!) slumped around the store, he was a breath of fresh air!!! I think some of the others could learn a thing or two! Bravo carter. And THANK YOU! Your customer service is top notch!!!! ????
Chick fil A will always be the same, decent food, great service probably too many workers, definitely a kids place to eat, the portions about right but I left hungry but loved the diet lemonade, parking lot is tight but I managed to get out untouched, I haven't been to CFA in years and probably no hurry to get back. I am senior in my mid 60s so looking for a different palate to fill me up.
I love chic fil a. The food is great, and the customer service is superior. This location is no different, however I have to give the Seminole location less than five stars because of they’re new minimum order catering requirements. I’ve been doing a nugget platter for my children’s parties for years. It runs about $65, perfect. They’ve made it so you can no longer order catering without a minimum order of $150! That’s more than two nugget trays and even two I don’t need for my kid’s birthday parties. It really narrows down who can place orders for parties now to large groups. I’m very disappointed in the new guideline they’ve imposed and now I have to drive double the distance to Largo to pickup a nugget tray. Poor business move in my opinion.
Third is the charm. People here is cool and fast, but they make mistakes way too much. Today they messed with my order for 3rd time in a row. I keep going because it’s in the way between my kid’s school and my home, so sometimes we stop here. They are fast but they do it wrong.
3 cars that came minutes after me went in the other lane (which went faster than mine), so they got their food before me… CFA needs to fix their double line system. After waiting about 10+ minutes for my food, my chicken nuggets were cold. Disappointed.
You can definitely see why they have the business they have as we visited last night. The young men and women are very helpful and courteous which is beginning to fade in this upcoming generation. The food is really good and the service excellent. Bravo Chick Fillet
Great Overall, go there every weekend. The fries usually don't get filled all the way. and we ordered regular nuggets but they rang in grilles insted. The manager gave us a free meal replacement but I had to drive back.
I have to say I have seen some complaints regarding this Chick-fil-A. I have had no problems whatsoever. It is the ONLY one I would eat at. Due to Covid the one at Countryside Mall was closed. That leaves this one and the one on Ulmerton Rd. Ulmerton Store after two years has NO dine in. It's a mess to go to. I would drive out of my way just to go to this one.
Always excellent food! Chick-fil-a employees are always top notch!
Dining room was filthy! Tables weren’t properly cleaned off or sanitized. Seating had lettuce and food crumbs on it. There didn’t seem to be a shortage of employees.
