The new store looks great & the food is delish, but sometimes we get old fries. Would rather wait longer for fresh fries.Also, they have a fancy new drink machine, but no flavor options? Not sure why they'd pay for that machine but not get the flavors. Would be cool to see those options in the future, at least for dine in.

Unbelievable that the owner or owners? would spend all that money on building a new burger king and not staff it properly. They're always understaffed. I saw two guys in there, taking forever, decided to leave the drive-thru after ordering mind you, which is nice that you can do that now and I went to Wendy's across the street. I mean come on man, you need to compete with the restaurants around you. Stop trying to suffice with so little, man up and pay for help or loose business. That's the 2nd bad experience in 6 months. In comparison, Wendy's had like 4 people in there working and I saw a guy going on break or leaving for the night. It was 9 at night. I also got fresh fries, which was really nice. I rarely run into that kind of situation at this Burger King, I think I'm done giving this place a try anymore.

Great place and even better people. You have a great worker there named Pedro. He is an awesome person and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy.

New changes — Much Improved 2022This place was recently remodeled and restaffed. I suspect new management and owners too because it is finally a place we will go.This location on Seminole Blvd was literally the WORST but since the renovation, we actually have been pleased every time we come there, which is not often, but we definitely noticed huge improvement!

As far as fast food goes, this is one of the best! Fast friendly service and if you go with items on the 2/$5 menu the value is there. Also...large 50 cent ice cream cones. What a treat!

Trying to charge me for condiments. I know it’s company policy, but that’s what gets you one star. Change the policy and I’ll change the rating. Otherwise lady who took my payment was very nice.

My family has gone to this Burger King on and off over several years. Approx 2 months ago give or take they extensively remodeled the place. The food has been ok slow service and I sent one of the kids back to get a condiment package as they had shorted us and was told an additional one would be 25cents! Still same BK attitude. Listen carefully people at this BK perhaps that is what closed the BK down the road on Missouri Ave. in Largo by Largo High School and Walmart Shoping center. Of course wonder what happened to the other Largo BK on Walsingham going to the beaches that has been boarded up and closed for almost 7 years! How does anyone mess up running a Burger King? So there is this Burger King and one at 66th St and Ulmerton Rd in Largo

I have stopped here multiple times(in the morning)The women that runs the drive thru is so odd, she takes literally 1 order at a time. Its the most unorganized longest wait ever. Then my order is always messed up... and this morning I was handed someone else's order and she argued w me on what I ordered.Now I am a store manager as well.... so I do understand having an off day, but as manager you really need to evaluate your team and put someone else on the drive thru that can do the job efficiently. 22 mins for a cold ham n cheese sammy is redic. I can go to a restaurant sit have coffee and order and eat my meal in 30.... so why is a "FAST" food chain handing out cold food after sitting for 22 mins in the drive thru.FIX THIS... ITS AWFUL. PEOPLE ARE IN A HIRRY IN THE MORNING, AND SHOULD NOT GET COLD FOOD FOR ANY REASON!THANK YOU... IVE GIVEN YOU MULTIPLE CHANCES.. I WONT BE BACK
