They never have the food ready by 11 when they open. I asked for 2 different meats that were advertised, didn't have. I asked for the tomatoes sauce for my meatloaf, wasn't ready. Very few sides. Had to ask for salt, sweet & low for my tea, a spoon. With a senior discount, 2 regular size meals with drinks were $26, and the food did not taste that good, this was my last time, adios Boston!

The food was good however there were only 2 men in front of us and they ordered 3 meals there were two of us and the servers mixed up the meals we didn't see this until we home and served dinner i had one quarter dark with boiled potatoes and mixed vegetables i had ordered one forth white with mashed and gravy and spinach we also had to remind them of the drink cup and cornbread which was stale. Not a good experience

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I visit this location often where I am always greeted and promptly assisted. The store is clean, well lit and inviting.

Wow what a great meal.. Huge improvement from my last experience. The place looks clean and food was fresh. Whoever is running that place is a keeper. See u soon

Drive thru was closed at 4:35pm. I entered the lobby and asked why it was closed and was answered in a very abrasive manner by a woman in a ball cap that she didn't have enough people for the upcoming rush. I was the only customer there. Placed my order while six other employees besides this manager fiddled around- 2 teenage girls stood there and socialized at the registers. Half the employees were not wearing masks nor wearing gloves while handling the food. One of the items I ordered would be available in 5 minutes if I wanted to wait. I said yes. While I was waiting, the prime rib and other sides were set on the countertop uncovered. 2 other customers arrived, their orders were completed. No one offered to ring me up and the lady brought my item I was waiting for and set it down on the line without telling anyone. I pointed it out to the employee putting together my order. By this time, I have waited over 15 minutes. My food has been uncovered and most likely lukewarm at best. They took it to the register and started to ring it up. Order was not placed in a bag and the item I was waiting for was not even there with the order. For $47.00 for 2 prime rib meals that sat out for almost 20 minutes by this time because the girl did not know how to ring me up, I decided the food handling and the lack of urgency was not worth the price and declined the purchase at that time. We go to your restaurant 2-3 times monthly, but will most likely cross this chain off of our list going forward. The young man who tried to help me was very pleasant and seemed more interested in doing his job than his coworkers. He was the only one who looked professional, wore gloves and a mask and an actually clean uniform. Perhaps that young man should be the manager as he was the only one who represented that restaurant with some class and professionalism.

Post will appeal publicly... Let's see if this gets a reaction. We just ordered B.M. through Ubereats. We ordered the meatloaf family meal. We've had this many times before, always enjoyed, and knew what to expect. However, we received something very different tonight, and of course, there is no accountability anymore these days. Work is work, and quality takes a back seat, 3rd row in this case. Our meatloaf was a shade of pink that we've never seen before, no bark/ or done surface. The taste and smell reminded us of mince up hot dogs. It was clear that this wasn't finished baking. The gravy was barley room temperature; the corn bread was old and hard. We reviewed with ubereats, but of course, here we are again with no accountability. We get an email of apology; we reviewed the food through their app, but we all know that restaurants don't fear that review. So, a $55.00 meal gets thrown away. Win for B.M. And I rush out the door to get something that resembles food. I would just like to know when Boston Market threw in the towel on quality? Is covid to blame here? Is there too much to ask to enforce upon the employees never sacrifice the quality of food or your reputation to rush out the door before closing or whatever reason it was. Because.... Someone touch this food to prepare it. It was seen walking out the door, knowingly that meat wasn't done all the way.

Long long wait, they were extremely slow. They had lots of people but nobody really seemed to know what was going on. I paid for my items which were ok but felt over priced for what I got.

Ordered on the app to be picked up at 6 PM. I arrived at 6 and called the number the confirmation email gave me when I arrived. Girl said it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later she comes out and said they never got the order. She took a picture of the order on my phone and said pot pies were still in the oven and would be ready in 5. 20 minutes later she brought out the order with a simple "sorry about that". I waited a total of 40 minutes for my order. Will never go back again!

Always great service from staff. Chicken is consistently tender, well-seasoned, and delicious!

Cordon Chicken was excellent Garlic potatoes I had were still raw. Will still return again.
