15 dollars would have.l been better spent visiting some other restaurant. They were short handed. After being parked for 2 burgers and a coke, my bun was over cooked too being blackened and bun was hard. Didn't enjoy the food. Drink was fine. Staff seemed exasperated, overwhelmed, downtrodden and just uncaring anymore. I actually felt sorry for the staff even despite the experience and distasteful food.I assume fully staffed that this restaurant would be ok, however, that is only a guess.
I went yesterday to get a number 11 with my friend. The service was lacking a ton. It wasn't a unique experience at all, just someone asking, "what do you want?" And "pull to the next window" we finally got our food. My friend took a few bites of the sandwich and was turned away from it. I tried to finish the whole sandwich, and we've both got sick. Not impressed.
No line at 1:30PM! My Single with cheese was okay; the bun was a little stale. They make the Frosty first, so it was pretty much melted by the time I finished eating my burger.
Food good as always. They didn't have all of the items on the menu so that was disappointing. We wanted to try a fish sandwich. Strawberry frosty was a great treat.
I don't know how many times I've gone to the Burger King across the street only to get frustrated after a 25 minute wait, then I come here. Hopefully one day I'll learn my lesson and just come here 1st. Far better service and the food is by far better.
Waited 45 minutes to place my order inside they was more concerned with the drive thru had it cancelled there were dead Roaches by the cash register and by the bags in front not coming back here again bathroom s are dirty no mirror no soap facet is broken and smells like bad urine definitely a thumbs down ? why is cooperate not seeing this. Went back to get my son a frosty long line too busy playing around running around the kitchen like it was a racetrack not working except one employee other ones were ? clowning around and texting on their cell phone how is this place open coke machine had no soda or flavors only regular coke every thing else was empty I'll take the drive to Avon park if I decide to ever go back to Wendy's I guess it s burger king and McDonald's down the street I know sales must be dropping I'm so sad this place just SUCKS in nice words
Got food for 3.$30 I wonder if the employees there think this is exceptible.should have gone to chili's or beef obradys for the price
Worst experience I have had at a Wendy's. Employees were not wearing masks, there was no management onsite, no efficiently in their kitchen. They were serving all of the drive through window customers and leaving the customers inside waiting and their front counter employee was rude and I was told she wouldn't help me because she was too busy. I will absolutely be contacting their corporate office and sharing the photos of the site I took during my visit.
Every time I come to this location. I always ask for my spicy nuggets to be cooked fresh. And I never get them fresh. Then I tell them these are not fresh. They get mad and pull me up! Well if you would listen in the first place and make the food as I asked there wouldn't be need for attitude ! I also said no ice in my drink and of course it has ice! Pay attention. It's not that hard to listen!
