No stars, this place is disgusting and nasty I witnessed the employees right beside me in the bathroom use the restroom and not wash their hands. They do not wash the tea container they just keep refilling it. A few of the employees were outside and they were extremely filthy. Horribly nasty dirty place I will never ever eat there and I would recommend no one go there. I will be contacting the main office.

There are definitely some Corporate issues affecting this location as far as worker treatment, hours of operation, mobile app working properly, lobby closed due to staffing, and drive-thru extremely slow. I hope Taco Bell is able to turn this around.

Waited in line since 8:50pm then get to the teller and wait like 5 minutes before taking order and they had a line of cars behind us people leaving and then had to wait to get up to window to pay then wait for food and quesadilla wasn't even cut all the way through and didn't give us a fork for my potatoes or napkins

Ordered through the app for dine in, because I had my one year old with me and needed to be able to feed her as well. Once I arrived realized the dining area was closed and proceeded through the drive through to request a refund. I was told they could not do anything and that I needed to contact them through the app, I have since reached out to them twice with no response. Hopefully posting here will get me a response but I doubt it, it seems they have no intention of giving me a refund of any kind.

They produced my order in a timely manner on a busy Friday night.SOMETIMES you can get faster service at the counter....lots of drive through customers on Friday night.

I waited 20 min and the mile long line didn't move. There looked to be 2 people running the kitchen and the dining area was closed.

Long drive through line. Dining room was not open. Cashier forgot to put hot and mild sauce in the bag as requested so we had to go back and wait another 10 minutes, then when I got to Wawa, I realized they didn’t give me my credit card back and had to go back again!

I came all the way from AP specifically because I wanted my order to be correct. The grilled cheese burrito was on POINT, cheese entirely covering the top. My chalupa was crispy. My soda tasted normal. My mild sauce was in the box. Keep it up guys, this is the best taco bell in Highlands county!

Waited 36 minutes for my food....then they got my order wrong and could not figure out what they did....nobody acted like they cared...This was NEVER acceptable when I managed night shift years ago....horrible. And yes...they had plenty of workers
