I have eaten here 3 or 4 times. I like the restaurant and especially the outside deck. I am still looking for something on the menu that I love. They have a large menu and lots to choose from. Everything I have eaten so far has been pretty good. One trip I had a New Orleans style fish plate that was super salty. Next time someone else ordered it and it was fine. This trip I had the seafood platter. It was pretty good. I will definitely try it again. Maybe steak next time? Drinks were all good and the service was great.
So disappointed...5 pm reservation for 4...very few people inside and outside. We were put in a back room..dingy and dirty. Ignored for 10 minutes. Bartender rude and condescending..food was a 5 at best. Food took forever..then barely warn. Hoping it was just an off night
This is not our first time here… we’ve been multiple times and the food is good and customer service is just ok honestly… if I’m being honest I would say that the place has a great view to the lake and food is good not great. One of the times we were here was for my birthday and our food was so salty that I couldn’t eat it but the times before and after that it had been good which tells me that it was a mistake that time… I would recommend it just so you can try and see for yourself. I like their food and will go back . Thank you
We had lunch, sitting outside overlooking Lake Jackson. Espectacular view. The variety of food on the menu was really good. We opted for The Ultimate Fish Sandwich (fried fish with french fries as a side)....WOWSA!! The fish was not overcooked but super soft and delicious; even the french fries were soooooo good. Kim, our waitres, was awesome. What a wonderful experience!! We will definitely come back. I bet watching the sunset while dining here would be breathtaking.
Our party of 3 all ordered fish for dinner, fish and chips was ok but too greasy, fish platter was awful & taste less, grouper sandwich was too salty & was not good. The restaurant is in a great location but the food needs to be revamped. Will never go back.
We hadn't been here in many years, and were very pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Service was excellent, as were the food and atmosphere. We both had the (huge) Grouper Reuben sandwich, which was delicious. We will be back!
The food. AMAZING! The staff. AMAZING! Very efficient and friendly! All of our food was delicious and came out fast!
Was there and didn't even plan on seeing the sunset but I got the chance to experience it. It was beautiful! Dining by the lake, watching the sun go down...awesome experience.
Met family here for lunch on the deck overlooking the lake. Had great service and a very good meal. The grouper Reuben was defined as one of the best sandwiches ever by my brother in law.
Our group of 9 were split in half, separate tables, separate servers as required by the manager. Our table ordered 5 minutes ahead of the other and received our food 10 min after the they received theirs. Our sandwiches, fries and onion rings were cold to the touch... our soft drinks were fine
