We visit every time we visit my dad. We have lunch as we drive up from Miami and get into Sebring in time for lunch

I placed an order thru the app, went to pick it up they did not have the order when i got there could not find it the lady said I’m over this and did not come back then the guy came over and said they don’t have it and i said well i paid for it he said i don’t know what you want me to do and walked away. They did not offer to make the order and left me standing there. They had that i don’t care attitude and had 3 people in there so not busy. I waited a few minutes and they just ignored me. I asked the girl if she was going to remedy the situation and she said i don’t know where your order is so what do you want me to do. I said i won’t be back here again. Terrible service and attitude. I did call a manager and she was going to call the owner and let him know and have him call me. Still waiting for that call.
Food was prepared quickly even tho they were pretty steady. Store is clean and staff are efficient
Best Sandwich in Town. Just my opinion! I could eat there 7 days a week, and never be tired of their Food, or price!
Staff was awesome... I walked in and watched 2 male employees take down a long line of customers in minutes.. You actually forgot that you were in line cause they were so fast... Big Ups to the Staff at Sunday lunch rush on 01/09/22 .. You guys rock

The staff are attentive but not friendly maybe they were having a bad day, TY he food was alright.
Coordinated staff was already aware of my issue from the night before, everything was resolved and I couldn't be happier
