I have been meaning to write about the staff here for quite some time. The employees that work here have the best costumer service. Always friendly, great sense of humor, great workers. My husband always says it comes down to the management of how good they are. Please open another Starbucks. One in the entire county is crazy. The drive thru line is always so long.

Never had it till the other day and the Sebring Starbucks was fast and friendly and my coffee Mocha Crumble was very good!

Best coffee I ever had. Vinty Expresso frappaccino with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. Mmmm!!!
Starbucks drive through - was a great experience and they were so nice - forgot my phone but got the coffee - pup cup - iced coffee and ground Expresso roast - thanks for great service!Will be back and get better photos of the actual store but for now my coffee!
Stopped for a late lunch for my mom and myself. My favorite sandwich was out. So got my second favorite. I love using my Starbucks app because it’s so easy to load and pay with….the employee at the drive up window was friendly and helpful.
It feels great to walk in and see /hear the welcoming staff! Elizabeth B. is the best, & really knows her stuff. Always look forward to when she is on staff. It's not easy dealing with customers, especially now with the snowbirds back & some people just being jerks all around.
We went to Starbucks as a treat. How disappointing. The staff was inattentive and rude. We waited for 25 min to get our order. I said to a staff member that we were missing two drinks. She rudely said she would check. She found our drinks, shoved them at us, and walked away. The two drinks were cold. So sad that people can’t just do job and be kind.
Excellent drive thru chat trying figure out how to get caffeine for my wife. Hazelnut not being a current choice option, ordering was more enjoyable than the flavor from the mouth of the mouth that drank forth the chestnut.
