I went to the drive in ordered a pupcup for my pup and a sauced popcorn chicken meal with a limeade. I usually love those things. When my order came the pupcup was mostly melted but she didn't mind. They forgot to bring my drink I also asked for salt and ketchup. They didn't come back with my drink until I was almost done with my meal and it tasted straight up like seltzer and no ketchup or salt. I had to push the order button and told them that I would like another if it didn't taste the same. I started to say what I would like and they had cut me off. When the drink finally came guess what still the same. I would think they would have tasted before handing it out that way again.I asked for my money back she took the receipt. Another girl came by this time I was pretty upset and she said well we are pretty busy. I said we'll now you have 1 less person to wait on I will never be back.? I'm usually a pretty easy going patient person but this was pretty bad. Everything took forever.
Absolute garbage. I did not receive a breakfast burrito. Instead, I received this monstrosity
Never had an issue with the food. It's good. But everytime I go I wait at least 30 minutes no matter if I'm the only person in the line or not.
The Manager is a liar and stole my money. We ordered cheddar bites. They took the order and charged us. They gave us jalapeño poppers. We went back to correct the order and get money back. My grandkids wanted additional. The manager promised she would refund after she charged new order. She lied and refused to refund like she promised. As far as I'm concerned she is a criminal who stole from me. If you go there check your receipt before leaving.
I’ve literally never had a bad experience at any Sonic until today. Ordered 2 orders of French toast sticks by themselves, easy right? Wait over 5 mins after paying to be told they only have enough to make one order, refund the other, okay fine. Then all the sudden they do have enough and will complete the order, wait almost 10 mins. I’m sorry but 15 mins for 8 French toast sticks is unacceptable in a drive-thru. There’s literally nothing to put together, nothing to make. Heat them up and serve. Wake up employees, perhaps discuss what you do and don’t have or have much of before shift starts so everyone is on the same page. 15 minutes out of someone’s lunch break is a lot of time because you don’t communicate with each other.
I come through often and the male manager is constantly on point with his job, I personally feel he does more then he should but kudos to him he rocks!
The food was terrible. Plus if they're out of something you ordered they substitute without asking what you want. They choose for you. The slushy was good. Won't order from them again
so it's mother's day.. in bed feeling awful, and decided I'd order breakfast and stay in bed.. NOPE.. I'm trying to get my money back on not 1 but 2 messed up orders from sonic and doordash.. cause not only was 2 orders screwed up.. I'm still hungry
I'll give 4 stars cause most of the time they are pretty good. But just went got food and the young lady at the window was not very pleasant, ordered 2 med meals got 2 small meals, asked for straws, no straws, asked for bbq for the chicken a no on that too. But it's just one time out of 8 times that I've been there.
Fun and great ? place to take any and all just for old timey feelings and good food. Friendly people and pretty quick if I say so myself. ? kids and family ? ???
