This place is Heaven!Absolutely the best dining experience since we arrived in the area last June.We came for the Scallops since reading that plasmalogens in them improve memory, but that reason is now overriddenby the great food and service!We will be back God willing,head there soon.PS, we had the salmon also,and don't forget the terrific biscuits!
Like dying and going to Heaven!We liked it so much we went back the very next day.Alyssa served us both times anddid a great job.Scallops, Salmon, Cole slaw, backed potato, and their all famous biscuits, all cooked toperfection!God willing we'll be back very soon!What are you waiting for?!
Red Lobster has come a long ways in the past several months. Their food, and menu choices have improved, but most improved is the service.We've had Cece as our server the last 3 or 4 visits. She is the best! If you're having a bad day, ask for Cece! She makes you feel like you're the only customer's in the restaurant. She's friendly, cheerful, and on top of your every need. She is the perfect server, in every way. She has a sweet personality that comes through, and makes your dining experience even better. Thank you Cece, for always making us feel special, at Red Lobster.
Red Lobster used to be a decent place. Not so much! Terrible service, cold baked potatoes, forgot my daughter’s fries, forgot our drinks, and then was not very nice when we asked her about these things. My husband asked for no tomatoes in his salad and he got a lot of tomatoes. Oh, and the lock on the restroom door fell off as I tried to get out of the restroom stall. ☹️ After posting this, my daughter asked for a to-go box, the server went and sat in a booth to talk to her co-workers as we sat waiting...terrible service. The lobby was dirty, the windows on the entrance doors looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in days, the bathroom was just grimy. They asked as we were leaving if we wanted to talk to a manager...nope, we will not go back. They do not need our business!
Great service and the food was outstanding. Our waitress was a very pleasant gentleman and his name is Jack. Thanks for making our dining experience a delightful one.??????
There were clearly some restaurant management problems here. Our server was new, but did a reasonable job, especially keeping us informed of delays. We ordered drinks and beer that was on the menu was unavailable. I ordered sangria and was served a margarita. I suspect that was bar tender error. We waited a very long time for the drinks to be served, then waited again for the correct drinks. The bartender was busy chatting with customers seated at the bar while we waited at our table.2 of us ordered shrimp bowl and were served chicken. Watching activity in the restaurant,,we felt the problems were in the bar and the kitchen. As our server did tell us, he was waiting while the kitchen to fix our order. But still we got served chicken not shrimp. After our long wait for drinks and then food, we decided to accept the chicken instead of waiting longer for the correct food.The food we got was OK, but the visit was disappointing and we will not be back.
The meal was delicious. I believe the waiter was new. He was polite but we had to ask for things such as straws , plates for our appetizer and refills on drinks. We all have to start somewhere. It was a Friday nite and he did not have a lot of experience.
This restaurant's food is fantastic! Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. Since they do not have outdoor seating we have to get it to go. They never make mistakes with our order. The food is always so good. Their brussel sprouts are so good. Their parrot shrimp is also so good. But all the food we order is so good. I got a free chocolate cake for my birthday. It was so good. Never disappointed. Not all Red Lobster restaurants are good. So, I am so glad that the Sebring one is good.
All of our orders were hot & correct when they came to the table. We were here on vacation from WV & ate here on a Tuesday night. We got there at 4:30pm. They were not too busy when we got there but that quickly changed within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
Great evening with family. Loved the food. Waiter was ok. It is Typical red lobster. Never disappoints. But each one that we’ve ever been to hesitant instead of cleanliness rules and or lack there of. This restaurant although food was good the service was OK restaurant could stand to have an overhaul or upsweep and cleaning.
