First time going there. Screwed up my order in the drive thru. Shorted me food. The business is slow and they still screw it up.
Always check your food when going through the drive through. They always forget to give you your extra biscuit and will almost always forget your side order as well. Ordered a 4 piece dinner with fries and extra biscuit and all I received were the 4 pieces of chicken with no fries or biscuits.
If you want shrimp flavored breading this is the place. If you want a chicken sandwich with no pickles these guys got you.
The Sebring location is poorly run. Regional or corporate needs to come in and clean house. The last three times I've had ordered, the order was screwed up or missing items.This latest one was missing an 8pc. Combo entirely, no drink, and they also forgot the apple pie. How do you miss reading an entire combo on the order??
I am new to the area and was so excited that there was a Popeyes here. My excitement quickly faded as I went to place my order inside, the woman taking my order was so high, she constantly kept putting in the wrong food and repeatedly asked me what I ordered and she STILL managed to get it wrong. I ordered at 6:07pm and I did not get my feed until 6:30! They are completely disorganized. There was 1 man, tall, don't know his name, but he was getting frustrated with her because she wasn't doing anything! She had headphones, not the drive thru headset, and was off in her own world. After waiting almost 30 minutes for my food, I sat down and my Mac n cheese was extremely old and my spicy chicken sandwich was hard as a rock! Customers were walking out without ordering necause they were standing in line for a long time, without even ordering. Not sure where the manager is but this is ridiculous. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because he exchanged my sandwich for a fresh one. Management needs to do something about this location.
I came around 12 during a lunch rush. They were very nice and chill with the orders. The manager on shift I believe who took my order was nice and calm. Very good food as well
Just another fast food STOP... U don't like hard fried chicken? Then try somewhere else. Popular and often busy at this Popeyes with a line inside and drive through.
2nd time this week. Wish I would've checked my bag they forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy today. Drive thru employee is amongst the friendliest greeter I've ever experienced..
Ordered through doordash, waited almost an hour and was finally notified that they had NOTHING that I ordered. Even when they do have what i want it is subpar. Just disappointed. Every single fast food restaurant in this area has fallen so far its sad
It's been over a year not going to Popeye's. I was right on not going!!!! We decided to give it a try yesterday afternoon. I ordered the knogget and tender combo!!! You must be kidding!! What a rip off. The nuggets looked like popcorn chicken and the tender were the size of a quarter!!!! Never again!!! Don't waste you time and money going here!!!!
