I'm a little upset the way how they made our Pizzas and Boneless Buffalo mild wings.. I ask for pepperoni lovers does that look to you like pepperoni lovers? My kids were so hungry that they just Forcefully had to tear it up.. Then the Boneless wings didn't have enough sauce, Doesn't that look dry? I spend for this order $60 dollars to get this worthless food and I'm not Happy.. I had to buy me Sonny's barbecue which was way better than this c***..Nevermore I'm going to Tony's 2 pizza joint..
I was extremely disappointed when I got home with the pizza. They were both thin pizzas when I specifically ordered pan pizza. Ordered today June 6th at 2:10 p.m.Their was a lady with blonde hair.
#NOT A KIDS Friendly place, very business oriented. So, we went to the Sebring location to redeem the Pizza Hut Reward for a FREE personal Pan Pizza. They said it is not available today: fortunately, I was able to purchase pizza for my children. While we were waiting another girl approached the staff to redeem her reward, but they said .. not available, come back tomorrow. I could see the disappointment in her face when she left. PLEASE don't do this to small children; if you choose not to, please place a sign outside stating "this is not a participating location for #BOOK IT reading award." ( The reason for my dissatisfaction is not that I didn't receive a free pizza. It is because... this is not my first visit here...second time them telling us ..he can't give him his reward. It is a big deal for small children to be rewarded for their hard work).
We had went on line to view the pizza deals the advertisement said $ 12.99 deal and we ordered 2 large of the $ 12.99 deal as advertised we got charged $ 47.00 dollars now that was odd I asked some one there why that was and I was told you have to have the coupon or a code I said it didn't say that in the advertisement online I think it's a shame they recognized it as one of their deals and still charge more I felt like I was being robbed when you advertise something you should get what's the advertisement say and not make up the rules as you go. Pizza Hut work on your advertisement mean what you say and remember the customer is always right I guess not at pizza hut. Thank you a very expensive experience .
Train your employees! We take it for granted when we call an establishment and order something that all the employees know how things work. I was having trouble with my online order so I called and place the order over the phone explaining that I have had trouble getting the special that was offered online. The gentleman told me no problem and took my order. When I arrive to pick it up I was told it was $10 more so I explained again what it happened and was told sorry I can't help you. So I told them to go ahead and eat my pizza! Everyone that answers that phone should know Online specials are just online if you call in you cannot get that same special. I hope this helps someone because it did not help me!ne

The Hut had a backlog of customers waiting for their orders. i wanted curbside but had to come in to check on my order, not especially what I like to do during Covid, etc.The plus is that the pizza was delicious!! and the price was more that reasonable!!
Order was disappointing. Immediately tried to call back twice no answer, left feedback online. Was informed in an email I'd receive a call from the store within 2 days. As of this review; it has been 4 days and nothing.Mini cinnabon arrived with icing dumped in center, flooding the middle few, but nothing on the outer ones. Not sure if an order of cheesy breadsticks should come with marinara here or not (because I couldn't get an answer) but our order arrived with no marinara and they came packaged with the cinnabon rolls so they tasted like cheesy cinnamon breadsticks....we did not like them ...the dogs didn't mind. The pizza; the two speciality pizzas that arrived where perfect.
