My wife and I ordered marsala. Her order arrived first, and she felt the sauce was poor in taste and watery. Her spaghetti was dried out on the edges. I continued to wait as my order did not arrive, finally I asked the waiter where my dish was? Ten minutes later I got my dish of marsala which was also watery and tasteless. The only good thing was the salad and bread. Will not be back. Too pricey to take a chance again.
Caught OG at a good time, no wait to seat. Food was great and our waitress Dee(Dolores) was fantastic. Their spiked strawberry lemonade was light and crisp, very nice early dinner. The left overs are always great......
It was okay. The shrimp scampi had good flavor, but was mediocre at best. The extra veggies I ordered in my shrimp scampi were almost raw. The bread sticks were chewy. The zuppa toscana had great flavor but barely had any meat in it, but lots of potato bits. Kitchen staff served my boyfriend raw chicken parmesan. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive, which was the only part that made our dinner here pleasant. The experience overall reminds me why I don't eat at Olive Garden anymore. We only came here because my mother-in-law wanted to eat here for dinner, and is her favorite place.
I love Olive Garden! It's one of my favorite restaurants. One of my friends recently gave me a gift card for OG. My mom called the order in and I picked it up after I got off from work. Being that it was a Saturday it was busy of course, but the 3 associates at the counter didn't even acknowledge me right away they were busy talking amongst themselves and I had to speak up and finally let them know why I was there and then the one girl got another lady that took care of the carryout orders and that lady was really nice. If you want your customers to come back, always, always, acknowledge them right away. I work retail so I know this is very important. All in all a really nice restaurant and i will definitely be back! I just love the Cheese Ravioli!! ??
Our mail was very good and our waitress was very nice but our take-home $5 spaghetti and meatballs and chicken alfredo fettuccine was not good at all. They don't do like they used to where they package it from the kitchen it comes prepackaged and there's not enough sauce and it doesn't taste good. I would not suggest getting the $5 take home option. But other than that the service was great and the food was great at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend it!
Very good and super friendly and accommodating staff. I went inside to check wait time and availability due to my mom doesn't walk well and the hostess arranged for a both up front near the entrance. Food was fresh and came out fast. Nice experience. ?
Excellent experience. The pasta was awesome I had the seafood pasta, my wife had Asiago tortellini with chicken, the chicken was a bit dry. She took more than half of it home and added a bit of wine and was perfect. Our friend had the all you want salad and soup. Oh my, too much salad, but incredibly fresh. Good size portions for your money. Excellent service.
This was the best Olive Garden I've been to. The service was great better than great. The food was extremely good. Our waiter was the best that I've ever had.
Used the OG to GO today for lunch. Food and service was great! Ordered online. Food was ready at the appointed time. Waitress brought it to car promptly.
We got bread sticks first, no plates to put them on. Our appetizer was great! It came at the same time as our salads. The salad tasted like it didn't have any dressing on it. We requested some salad dressing when our entrees came. Really wanted to eat my salad first but if I had waited, my dinner would have been cold. I had eggplant parm. The side of spaghetti had very little sauce on it. This is my go to meal and I have never had such a skimpy amount of sauce. We were never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. We were charged for soup that we didn't order. We were really disappointed with our visit. We weren't offer mints either. :(
