I'm not sure what's going on at this McDonald's but the last time I went there I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 40 minutes just to get my order taken and then once my order was taken I waited another 10 to 15 minutes in the same spot waiting to pick up my order. I usually don't give bad reviews, but if you're going to go to that McDonald's plan on spending a little time there.. it may be just that I was there at the wrong time, but I've never been to that McDonald's and gotten through there in a reasonable amount of time. Every single time I've gone I've waited and waited and waited regardless really of what time it was during the day or in the evening. So, not sure what's going on there but it takes a long time to get through that line!

Can't get an order right if they tried.Update, had breakfast inside with my husband this morning. They got the order correct, I just don't understand why I have to order from the kiosk when there were only a handful of people in the restaurant and they were already eating???
I have had great fast visits and other not so good visits. This visit was one of the bad ones. Mobile order system wasn’t working correctly so, all the rewards points I had accumulated over the good visits couldn’t get validated on this visit and then they didn’t see my order so I went across the street to Bk where I paid full price for a quick meal and no hassles. I’d give bk the business rather than the restaurant whose reward system that I couldn’t use, any day. Thanks Bk

I really think the kiosk ordering system is a laugh, because a person still has to take your money at the register and give you another number for your order to be processed. The service is extremely slow and half the time you wait 10 minutes for a single cup of coffee.
The food is goood but I swear everytime I come to this place for a caramel frappe they never have it. I’m starting to get real tired of this fix your machine please and thank you ?
Slow service,milkshake machine is down a lot. There are rumors that crew members don't like to clean it..did some digging, from what I find the older milkshake machines take a person most of the day to clean. Newer,easier to clean machines are expensive. I like a milkshake and I'll where I can get what I want.
I've always had quick service here. Never a problem with my order and I never get stale old fries.
These guys were workin hard. The guy with the long hair especially was on fire working as hard as he could. Did a inside pickup mobile order and just waited a couple minutes and was out.
