Advice order ahead as it appears they were backed up a bit and had long line in small space - if COVID real this might be a hot spot - so busy for sure we waited a bit long for our pie - but enjoyed it the same - Customers here are more a problem one guy so rich he let his care Idle for 20 mins in the fire lane - was waiting for someone to hop in and drive off while he was clearly preoccupied. Many doing curbside wait - Blocking the lane for safety and the handicapped - sure there nice and we’re clueless to there doing - the pizza was great - deep dish Detroit style - it was ok for “Detroit” style - I used to manage a Little Caesar’s (several stores) - so know there sitch so 5 stars for the east no contact service !!! Wish that was a thing 30 years ago before computers it was so different-1 - they were one of the most thrifty and fresh not frozen ingredients- they work hard and likely get paid a little to do it to keep the price down so - FIVE stars for having to deal with (Unknowing) self entitlement of there clusters who might think of a more healthy option by the looks of it - good on you FIVE stars!

Upon ordering I requested extra Parmesan sauce on my crazy bread. The employee said there is no way to ring it up. I said then you can ask whoever makes it to please put on extra sauce. When I picked up my order I opened the bag and it looked like there was no Parmesan sauce on it at all. I asked that more be put on the bread. The guy told the lady at the front he cannot put more because it cannot be rung up. Refusing to put any sauce on it. Clearly making me very irate especially given that it looks like none was put in to begin with. I will not be going to this location anymore. It would not have taken more than a minute to make a customer happy. Nor would one swipe of sauce dig into the pockets of the owners. Heck I would’ve even paid more to have my order right. I have NEVER had any location (including this one on previous orders) refuse to put extra Parmesan sauce.

If you think this place is like the old Little Ceasars in long gone K-Mart stores, think again! What a surprise. Good tasting pizza, many different choices, and still the low prices that beats the other standard pizza joints. I ordered their large pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised by so many pepperoni pieces covering the whole pie. Order online and get a text saying go to rack to pick up your order. Easy peezee.

I have no complaints about the pizza. My problem is the service and the sketchy business practices this location engages in. For starters the employees don't seem to care about the customer. Next, if you want a $5.55 pizza as advertised forget about it! They never have any in stock. If you specifically ask for the $5.55 pizza and they don't have any they will just give you a $6.55 "extra most bestist" pizza and not tell you it costs more or even that it is a different pizza and just hope you won't notice that you were just upcharged without consent. This has happened to me 3 TIMES! And their excuse is always "oh we gave you a better pizza." I'm sorry but if I wanted that pizza I would have ordered it in the first place. Sketchy business practices and bad service is a major problem with this location. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is the food is what it is supposed to be. Until this location fixes their poor business practices I won't be back!

Pizza is best hot and fresh. Don't bother if it's a hot n ready. Call in and order . Can't beat the price on a pinch .

Always a nice inexpensive treat. Always hot and delicious.

I really like the way you can order online and you drive over there, wait in the truck till you get a text, walk in and get your pizza out of the rack! Pizzas are always good and got the ingredients you ordered. My only problem is when you order a large, the center of the pizza is a little soggy even when you pick it up right away.still, I like the pizzas and the prices so I will be back.

Very nice people there. Good customer service. The pizza was made fresh and tasted good. They didn’t have any Parmesan cheese or plates when I asked. Otherwise no complaints.

Today I visited the location in Sebring at 11:00 am like I have done many times for before for the lunch special of 4 slices of deep deep pizza and a soda. I was asked to hold on a minute by the lady employee wearing glasses. Another worker came up to the register area on the phone, then walked away, but to come back again. I asked for the Lunch Special and if any of the cheese bread was available. She said the cheese bread had to be made and I told her never mind on that, I just wanted the lunch special. She cashed me and said it would be 15 minutes. I told her wait, you don't have them ready, they are suppose to be ready from 11am-2pm, she said no, it has to be made to order. I told her I couldn't wait because I am on lunch and can I please have a refund. She went to the other lady with the glasses and said he wants a refund. She got mad at me, proceeded to give me a refund, I tried to give her the money back from my change, but she was to busy being mad at me, there were three people behind me waiting, she threw the receipt down on the counter, gave me my money back, I was embarrassed by her acting disrespectfully to me. I will not visit that location never again, I don't have to have their pizza and I don't need to be treated rudely because they didn't have the pizzas ready as advertised and promised on the menu. It even says that the cheese bread is ready all day, there should have been some baked before hand.
