I didn't order any food this day. My wife and child order here sometimes. I only went in to use the restroom. The lobby was clean.
These folks work hard. Always smiling and friendly! Just moved closer to the store and will be going more often now.

Being a full time RVer I've had KFC in a lot of states.There is alwayssomething wrong with every KFC I've been to. But Sebring KFC is the worst. They can't get the order straight, Can't get the food right and it's just. A total mess down there. WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO OPEN THE LOBBY ?something wrong with every KFC IVE
This is second time in month we have gone through drive through and gotten wrong order. Their answer is sorry, you will have to come back. No concern for traffic, weather or expense of driving back, and they don't give refunds!
I love how convient it was to use the app and get my food.
The food was very tasty, the chicken was cooked very well and the mashed potatoes were very good. The biscuit was a bit dry but had a great flavor. They only score 4 stars because the quantity of the potatoes has been reduced and more importantly the service was EXTREMELY SLOW....We spent over 25 minutes waiting in the drive thru.Our order was very simple with nothing special. Yet it was a very long wait time. Hopefully, they will improve in the future. The food was EXCELLENT But the wait time was unacceptable. For this reason, I can not recommend this location at this time. If you have the time then the food is good but to be honest it's not that good to justify the long wait. As usual, I will revisit and update my review at a later date.
Chicken pot pie is worth the wait.
