This visit was odd. There were no customers. About a dozen staff standing around. And it took them a long time to cook our order. And the food was cold. I'm guessing there had been a staff meeting and we just happened to walk in right after that. But it was evening time. We didn't see any other customers until we were about to walk out. Odd and strange. I won't be going back there again.
I would like to say thank you how you’re IHOP is so much better now all the updates and the renovations in in the eating area and also the restroom which they were a mess it’s so much cleaner in there now in the eating area and it’s very very nice. Would like to have the manager Roosevelt to thank you for your friendship always and always coming out and checking on the customers. Also I would like to recognize Victoria and Stacy how they are so professional so kind so caring. Also how neat their appearance is their hair their make up the uniform their pants everything is so in place and clean it is such a pleasure. Victoria you or Vicky do you know who we are of where the couple that comes in and I get a disposable cup and disposable flatware and that’s who we are. In Roosevelt you know who we are my husband is the one that used to work out or are used to be at golds gym and you would see you there. Please recognize these two waitresses in the great work and hard work. Thank you for being in our area.
The worse part was the cook had long hair and goatee. The hair was not tied back and hung down over the food being cooked. I have worked in restaurants when young and in my opinion the cook should keep a clean tidy appearance. I don't have a problem with the long hair but it should be netted or a least tied back. Bacon cooked crumbling hard, no blueberry syrup for pancakes. Inside the restaurant smelled. And not in a good way. I won't go back unless there's a big change.

Nice IHOP - clean and well maintained. Service was very good, however our over eager server took a table that should have belonged to a co-worker. The food was fresh and tasty.
We had great experience and our waitress was excellent ?. She was so nice, courteous, on the spot with our orders, pleasant. I never met her before, but she has what it takes to make sure you're satisfied and have a great experience.

Food was extremely lackluster bland I suppose maybe catered towards the elderly. The two stars are for the waitress who tried her best and was kind .
The waitress and people that work there are soo nice. Our waitress was absolutely ? so helpful, kind and fast. The food was delicious ? and very fast. We were in and out less then 35 40 minutes. Would absolutely ? go back again
