I’m a Police Officer from Vero a beach Fl and stopped in to eat here while picking up a new patrol vehicle from the area. I was greeted by the staff working and received the upmost hospitality. The manager working was so sweet and mentioned how they are the same owners for the Vero Beach location. In this day and age showing up to a Restraunt in uniform may not be most ideal situation most of the time and not usually very comfortable. I felt well taken care of and comfortable in this store. All around great experience by all staff members but mostly the manager working. Highly recommend.

Update: Franchise Owner called to make it right.Poor service. Had food delivered and they forgot my drink. I ordered through the website. When I called to find out about getting my drink, the manager told me it wasn't on them and that I needed to contact whoever delivered. I didn't order through a 3rd party. I ordered through them directly on their website. They refused to have someone come deliver and wouldn't refund me for my missing item. Manager had horrible customer service. We normally eat at this store at least 1x a week. I will not return.
I went there it said open on the website and on the door and they’re doors we’re closed lights were on, no one came to the door or nothing. Food there is amazing but don’t say your open and close an hour early especially on a Friday. I was there at 9:10 it closes at 10:00
My husband and I stopped in for a burger Tuesday night. Not a busy Friday or Saturday so keep that in mind. What I noticed first was how many dirty tables, infilled lid containers for drinks, ketchup globs on the counter under unclean dispensers, dirty dining room floor and the large amount of fries on the floor. The staff consisted of 2 ladies (1 described herself as a caramel latte) and a guy who’s shirt was either wet or oily. The one lady who wasn’t talking loudly was trying to clean but the other 2 kept distracting her and bickering. Our food was good though we ordered Cajun fries and was told “I didn’t see that”. We like 5 guys food but staffing needs to ge managed better
Great cheeseburger! The restaurant had an earthy smell that I am told was the potatoes, but I enjoyed the cheeseburger!

Good burger, ok fries. Girl forgot to ring up the fries but then they gave them to me for free. Nice recovery!

Love how even when I haven't been there in months, the crew remembers me. They made the fries well done like I like them. The burger was so satisfying
