Exquisite and a 1st for me to see a full size Dunkin' donuts and a gas station out front. Great idea whoever did it. I have seen Dunkin' donuts inside of like circle k's and things like that but they were very small and not very convenient where you could sit down and enjoy your meal or your donuts or your coffee. So as I stop for gas in the Harley Davidson, I had a little bit down breakfast. Nice place no doubt. Was also my 1st ride through Sebring, FL. Definitely a thumbs up!
We had our very first experience with Dunkin’ donut here and it was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve ever had. We went here while on a road trip and the two young associates working seemed to have little to no idea what they were doing. All of the drinks ordered were very simple drinks and both employees didn’t seem like they knew how to make any of the drinks. When we were ordering the things that were actually available to order seemed to differ from person to person, there was no consistency. After they finally finished all of the drinks they had still forgotten to make one of the drinks.As someone who used to work in coffee with Starbucks this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any coffee shop.
Very dirty hair hanging off there searing sign in lobby. Two young kids working counters were filthy! Tables had sticky junk in them garbage over flowing. They need older ones working for them like people with knowledgeable in site in how too clean tables sweep floors take garbage out. The cake plain donut I got was stale. I asked for ice coffee he and she gave me hot coffee cause the goofing off not paying attention so I said Sr I ordered ice coffee he said (Oh my bad) gave me ice coffee told me keep the hot coffee too. I said OK I went outside tossed in garbage it had sour milk in it floating on top. They need mature help there. Covid is going around and that place was germ central. I won't GI back to 27 s Sebring store. Sorry but reality must be prevalent.
Best ice coffee. I’ve been drinking it since before I had hair on my legs. Lol some dunkins use old coffee for the ice coffee and it’s gross. This place uses fresh coffee every time.CEO of Sod World :)
Top tier trash, hasbrowns were rubbery, sandwhich was soggy, they didnt put any flavorings in my coffee, just creme, just because your workers think you can skimp me out because im doordash doesent mean im not gonna refund it
Sometimes it’s busy but they always get my order right and the girl who always says “drive safe” is super sweet.
Had to wait over 15 minutes in line because the lady 2 cars up had multiple orders.... I heard it came to $ 38.00. Orders like that should be only taken inside.. Who wants to wait that long for 1 cup of coffee. The Drive thru is for fast service.. Not lazy people.
Speedy service, but time for a makeover to include new cooking equipment to enhance the flavors of the food by eliminating the old grease fire smell from being baked into every item..

Don’t enter their parking lot through the “Do Not Enter” entrance (My mistake and I take full responsibility for it although I didn’t cut anybody off). They will make you drive a lap around the building before taking your order. Petty if you ask me. Lol.
