Took 30 minutes at the drive up to get our food. My wife went in to ask if there was a problem and the lazy cook said I am the only cook and if you don't like it you can leave. It seems like they need a better cook that works harder and is less mouthy. We have been coming here for 20 years and we will definitely not be back. And to think this guy probably thinks he is worth 15.00 an hour .
Gave us the completely wrong order, didn’t apologize for it or anything, took it back (an open ice cream!) which is disgusting and unsanitary, and then charged extra for the replacement. When they gave us the right order it looked disgusting like it wasn’t made right. Also very overpriced for poor service and the product itself. I have never left a google review but this place was bad.
Just a FYI service and orders is absolutely horrible. 2 weeks ago went in asked for the A1 burger no A1 sauce watched cook make my food no gloves then I asked for it to be remade cook gets mad yells at MOD still puts A1 on my burger but put in circle of onion ring. Had attitude when called. Then come in later date order food asked Barb what was the #4 before menu change she says with nasty attitude is a new menu yes ma'am I said I understand what was the #4 she says again new menu so I said ugh ok whatever. Next so I ordered#1 I said only cheese and ketchup she says oh with everything on it. Ummm no just said only cheese and ketchup ordered ice cream asked for extras napkins looks at me mumbled something under breath now just plain rude and disrespectful. Go there today order$6.00 bacon cheeseburger I asked for no pickles add onions and Mayo and now get home to sit and eat and my food was with pickles no onions and no Mayo my rant is I pay to go eat somewhere and except my food to be right this happened even before the pandemic. Instead of using the excuse staff shortage maybe just so drive through our inside orders only that way your not over whelmed and make the orders correct the first go around rant over and to the time 2 ladies sherice and Alana countries to give the best service you call with the biggest smile there are some great employees but also some that could use some more customer service training
The staff always makes an effort to cook our fries extra crispy! We generally only stop in for a treat, but occasionally order some fries extra crispy. Despite the long drive-thru line the staff always makes an effort to accommodate that request, which we greatly appreciate!
Absolutely love the frozen hot chocolate and Cody is such a nice kid.
I wanted to say thank you to the team at this Dairy Queen. We requested an ice cream cake yesterday and asked for a very simple "Merry Christmas". The team went out of their way to create a masterpiece. I cannot remember the team members name but I know it started with A, maybe Alaina? Either way, she delivered an absolutely beautiful cake. Please look at the picture and know that they are amazing to work with at this store. Thank you for adding to our wonderful family Christmas. We almost didn't want to cut the cake! :)
The worst hamburger I've had in a long time. Seriously yucky. All wilted and nasty cheese. The meat didn't even taste like meat.
Always fresh, and they consistently get my order correct. I cannot say that for ANY others in town.
I love ice cream and my granddaughter loves going to Dairy Queen. We get a meal, then ice cream. Hot fudge is my favorite. Like a lot of stores and places right now they don't have everything, but that will change!
I didn't order the kids meals. This cost me $9, I mean the food was hot, the wait was long. And they gave me the littlest portion. I know this is Petty but I counted my fries, I only got 20 of them.
