My last trip wasn't as desirable as before. Went for ice cream I was only person in my car and not given any kind of holder for 2 cones and a parfait needless to say I was messy trying to get to my destination. Covered in ice cream ? not to mention thank God I was close to destination can't even imagine if I had to get one the highway very unhappy with that experience hesitant about next visit
absolutely horrible couldn't even make the meals complete, my kids were also disappointed. they over charge just to skimp you anyways. just wow never again will I go to this greedy place
I know they say they are fan food not fast food, but when the food arrives at the table when you do, I consider that fast. Great service, clean, good food (always), and icecream.
Went through drive-thru. We had 3 ordered and the workers wasn't hateful nor rude about it. They was fast and got all the orders done quickly.
Horrible!!! I recommend going to the south Sebring DQ or preferably elsewhere. Major Covid and safety concerns at this location. Employees not doing what they should be doing either. Always incorrect orders and super long waits while workers goof off at times. Not allergy or immunocompromised friendly. No customer service skills..... Retraining needed.
Twice this month no chocolate ice cream and no sign notifying customers of same. You get to window after waiting in line. No sign saying all out of chocolate. Inconsideration.

My mom was in the hospital and wanted a hot fudge Sundae. She was on a liquid diet. I didn't care. I ordered a kids size because I knew she would only eat a few bites.When I got up to the check out window I told the employee I was going to sneak it into my mom's room. She put the lid on tight and put it in a small bag for me. I was able to give my mom 5 spoonfuls. I had to stir it up to make it liquidity. My mom passed later that night. That sundae was the last thing my mom got to tasted I'm glad I gave it to her.
Everything was clean, staff polite, and the food hot and fresh. The missing star comes because something didn't seem right with my Blizzard. What's sad is I can't explain, I just didn't enjoy it at all like I usually do.Anyway, I'll be back again in the future. Overall a great experience.
