Long wait to be seated & long wait for food. It was a Friday night & there was 10 of us. I like their way of calling you to be seated. Our waitress was excellent. Very cheerful & attentive even though she was very busy. We had a few alcoholic beverages that were extremely pricey but very very tasty. Food was ample & very good. A great place but not 1 we would frequent often.

Food and service was top notch. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. No waiting. Food was fresh and hot.

Great first time experience... Sat in a booth with my companion and was waited by Ashley the newby.newly.. It was her first day serving on her own and she nailed it... Came back two days later and had matured Ashley... Of course she nailed it ... I'll be back

Visited here last night (Wed 5/25/22) with high hopes bc it always looks super busy. The atmosphere is super cute- like Texas Roadhouse meets Cracker Barrel…Our server , Ashton, was great, she gets 5 stars…but the food was absolutely sub par. Prime rib was very thin & over done, yet still somehow cold. My baked potato wasn’t cooked all the way through ,and the fajitas my daughter & husband had lacked the most basic flavors. My real complaint is that some owner or manager called all the servers in the kitchen to yell at them and all the tables were just abandoned for 10 minutes. I could see him through the glass - yelling & wagging his finger at everyone in the kitchen and the servers all looked upset. While this was going down, we sat there wondering where our rolls & salad were. The poor server came running out with them eventually , and literally 2 minutes later our food came out. The salad was soggy and weird tasting, so not much lost there. The whole meal felt extremely rushed , not by our server so much, but by the other workers who were already closing sections down, putting chairs up, a busser came and took our ketchup & A1 right off our table mid meal as he said “you don’t need this”. I should mention it was only about 730 pm. It felt like all the workers had somewhere to be the second the doors lock. All in all, was a waste of money trying this place.

We celebrated my dads bday here..it was busy we had a 20 top and still had to wait a long time even after we sent someone early to get the table they said 30 mins and it was an hour and a half..they got us seated and drinks on the table..few mins they got our order food didn’t take to long food was ok..the restaurant was very hot like people were sweating and asking for the ac to be checked

We went for lunch as soon as they opened. We were greeted immediately and sat down within seconds. Our waitress was polite, attentive and kept our drink orders refilled. I'd definitely like to try it for dinner next visit.

Cody's opens at 3pm, and by 3:30 the place is packed. But with good reason, it has the best Porterhouse steak I have ever had. When we travel anywhere north of South Florida we make it a point to stop there on our way back. The meat is always cooked to perfection. It doesn't matter how you want it, rare, medium rare, medium or well done, it is perfect. The endless salad it comes with is so fresh and delicious, and the bread with the sweet honey butter. My mouth is watering just thinking about it, I can't wait to go back. Oh and don't get me started on the desserts, portions are for sharing and flavor is delicious. Also, even though it is always busy the service is top notch. The wait staff are courteous and work hard to make your experience amazing.Monday and Tuesday kids eat free and they have different specials each day.

Sat down waited 25 minutes for salad & rolls. Had to ask where the salad was & waitress coped an attitude, like it’s my fault. Ordered Rib eye steak…. Driest piece of meat I’ve ever eaten! So sad, we’re back to Mannys

As you can see by the pictures, my half rack was burnt beyond being edible on half of it. The other half was just ok. My black beans and rice was completely inedible because it was extremely salty. The waitress had to be asked for everything. The waitress did ask if I wanted to talk to the manager. I didn't see any point in wasting any more of my time. The last time I was there they told me to leave because of my service dog. He was a golden retriever. I'm a disabled Vietnam Era vet. My boy was professionally trained by an accredited trainer. I also had my VA disability card. Their 2 managers didn't care. 2 other cpls got up and left when we did. The corporate attorney called a few days later and apologized. Big deal. Worst dump ever. Poor quality food. Poorly trained management. AVOID. Not vet friendly.

we really enjoy Cody's. we take all of our Northern company for dinner. something for everyone. Great Food, always have had great Service, friendly staff.
