The service for appetizers and food was extremely slow. I have been to many different locations have have not experienced anything like this at Chili’s before. Just to get the appetizers it took plus minutes. Have been in the restaurant since 1235pm and appetizers arrived at 115pm. Still no food
If they would hire more staff. I do not like sitting in bar area and they only had one server on until 3 pm.

My family and I were in town for a good friend's birthday. We met up with our friends at this Chili's and it was BY FAR the worst restaurant in history! We had a 30 minute wait to be seated, no big deal, but when we finally got the text it was our turn to be seated the host became rude when we asked if could please have a table and not a booth. We again had to wait for a table to open up. Once we were seated our waiter never introduced himself and just asked what drinks we wanted. We ordered our drinks and dinner meals. My husband and I got the 2 for 25$ deal and so did our friends (2 people), and we also ordered a kids meal for our toddler. We got our drinks and apps that came with the deal about 25 minutes after ordering.. however our friends ordered an additional app that we didn't see till another 30 minutes. Our waiter had the whole side of the restaurants table numbers wrong and was having to show other staff where food was going each time they randomly brought stuff out. We got out food over an hour after sitting at our table. Half of our meals were cold and the other half was warm. Not to mention we asked twice if they could please just bring our toddlers food out since they had us waiting so long... when he did, it was the wrong meal and really for a table two tables down for their toddler. They didn't bring our toddlers food till a few minutes after ours and it was cold. When it was time for the checks, our waited gave my husband and I a bill that was 30$ more than it should of been! I looked over the bill and saw that he had added each food item individually instead of giving us their menu deal of 2 for 25$! We called him over to correct it and he did the same with our friends bill. Two tables down, who sat down when we did, still hadn't gotten their food and spoke with a Manger who literally asked if there was a problem. When they expressed similar issues, she just apologized and walked off. That table left. When we left, our waited gave a quiet sorry and nothing more. The bathrooms were disgusting and one toilet flooded the floors! A woman before me was speaking to staff about it. This was my family and I's first time eating at a chili's and we will NEVER return to another! Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could give you a zero I would. We had a special night( afternoon )planned for friends. I called on Thursday to make a reservation and told they don't take reservations! Ok... well we had all planned on meeting at 3:30 so I went to the restaurant at 3:00 so I could secure a table or two for our group. They had open tables in the bar area , so I pulled 2 tables together ( only enough for 8, but there were lots of empty tables so no problem, I thought) and ordered some chips and a beer I waited for the rest of my group to arrive ( now 3:25) and I had spoke to the waitress and told her of our groups arrival time. She never said a word or even looked at me... without notice, she sperated the 2 tables I had pulled together and seated 4 "strangers at the table... Upon all the groups arrival they all decided because of the waitresses rude behavior, we would go elsewhere as apparently you didn't need our our business. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I didn't. I did report it to the bartender and he said he was sorry...I don't get it...throw out 12 people??? Really..we went on to have a wonderful evening, but I'm sure we won't be back!! Get it together Chili's!!
I understand waiting for my food due to the holiday and we shortage of employees, but there is no reason for the red head that tosses your menus on the table, says nothing to you and then walks away with her nose in the air before you even get to the table. Bad image there. Also asked for silverware so I could eat, and the waitress brought us plastic utensils to eat with. Not cool. Gave a star for the waitress and the one that brought our food, they were good. Most likely will not go back anytime soon, again.
My best friend and I celebrated our end of 30's decade birthdays. The food was 5 stars. The service was 3 stars. The tea was 5 stars. We went on a Tuesday at 6pm. The waitress Sheila kept disappearing in the kitchen then not coming out with our food. Even though it's nice to be called "baby" and "honey," it was getting extravagant. We will return hopefully with better service. Getting our appetizer after our entrees was awkward.
I am fifthy something years old and don't give many good reviews because frankly most places around here aren't worth 2 cents for one reason or another. I ordered at approx 715 pm 2 rib dinners .The person taking the order couldn't be any better as other places need to find people like this and when I arrived to pick up order it was very busy and rightfully should be .I usually check my order on the spot but this time I was too tired and I drove to the other side of town and It just made my day to see every single thing was there and all was hot and cold that's was suppose to be and was proportioned perfectly I'm blown away!!!please don't change
We ordered chips and salsa and they brought it 5 mins before our food which was cold, we got no napkins.how many times do u need to ask for napkins? The guys beside me ordered his drink and food and waited 15 mins for his drink. Server kept saying ill get your drink now. I wont be back here.
This is disgusting over bread, half cooked chicken tenders. 2nd time no more chances. Ugh
