Heard a lot of the place missed my dinner there because of the rush . Will be there today

Had the salmon which was fine but got 5 green beans and some cold mashed potatoes for the sides. Bartender asked if I wanted another drink 10 minutes after I was done eating. I heard another patron ask why it took 10 minutes to get some water.

We stopped in for a light supper and were seated immediately. Service was only in the bar; the main dining room was closed. Our server was very attentive. The ceasar salad was fresh and the blackened shrimp well seasoned.

Conch chowder is really good. Ask for a big bowl as an entree if you're feeling hungry!

We enjoyed a lovely dinner to celebrate our anniversary this evening at Chicanes… our favorite local restaurant ! The experience is always amazing including this evening with Brandon as our server. All staff is very kind and awesome customer service ! Chicanes brought us delicious crème brûlée for a delicious dessert to top off our evening ! Thank you Chicanes ??

We sat in a booth overlooking the lake and beautiful garden. The service was excellent! Rollovers, French onion soup and the best burgers!

Good atmosphere, good service and good food, best ranch dressing I've ever had!

This restaurant has been the most amazingly consistent over the years. It always serves excellent high-end cuisine. The service is fantastic I highly recommend requesting the waiter Brandon as he is as professional as they come. Each dish is prepared with great deal of flavor and attention to detail and served with club level professionalism.

Went to have dinner & was sat in the bar area. Ordered food right away, 45mintues later no food, no salads or bread. Then waitress came out to tell me what I had ordered they were out of. Ask to speak to manager, he came over said he would look into it. Never seen or talked to the manager again. Everyone else's food that were at the table finally came out. After everyone was done we left & I had to drive home to make my own dinner. What a joke this place has become & they consider themselves fine dining but yet can't get food to there customers or at least try & fix the situation. I would not ever recommend this place again.

We were really excited for this place, as we were staying in the hotel connected to it. I do have to say, the staff was great. It was really busy, but they gladly sat us right away. However, all excitement collapsed when we were given our food. Chicanes has high reviews online that more than likely reflect older reviews. You would never know it by eating there today. The French onion soup had about three spoonfuls of broth in it. The rest was completely absorbed by an unidentifiable mass that I could only assume was a mixture of bread and crispy onions. A clump of cheese was buried and lost underneath all of it. When the soup came to our table, it looked like we were given a mug of crispy onion fries. This soup was constructed so terribly, it all just became clay in your mouth. The calamari was equally as disappointing. It was practically a plate of salty breading with remnants of octopus. Frankly, I really wanted to like it and was trying to give every individual piece a chance. But with every bite, more disappointment. The pasta marinara was bland and forgettable. More than likely, it was a bag of pasta from the frozen aisle at the Publix down the street. If I could say anything positive - again, the staff was really nice and the cheeseburger was actually pretty good. But you can get a friendly staff and good burgers anywhere else and for a heck of a lot cheaper. It pains me to think we actually paid for that experience. You’ve been warned.
