Drive through order for breakfast this time. Took order quickly and processed in a timely manner. Both coffees were made to order as requested. Sandwich and tater tots both hot and delicious. Problem was content of bag for order. No napkins and we requested ketchup and got one either. Pain in the add to go back AGAIN!! #LPpStevenreviews #stevensleavin
Waited over 10 minutes in 1 of the 2 drive-thru lanes available. Never asked for my order but took 6 in the other lane. I went inside to inform them there may be an issue with the intercom for the lane I was in to which the manager said there was no problem with it. Reading through the reviews afterwards, I saw that I wasn't the only one who had this same experience there.
Best Great ice cream cones that I have ever gotten. BIG and they were only .50 cents. A great burger king.
Every time Ive ever gone to this BK they are extremely slow and NEVER can get my order right. Doesnt matter what time of day I go. I think im starting to dislike BK in general

Rude order taker and she looked miserable. Order was wrong One drink was wrong and both burgers that we paid extra for cheese had NO cheese. Had to go back in to get fixed ...they threw the order in the trash. No profit for store throwing stuff away. No apologies either. Badly managed store. Won't return.
I usually use my McDonald's app when ordering fast food. Our family decided to try the Burger King app for a change. I must say, I prefer it so much more over the McDonald's app. When I went inside to order what was on the promo code I wanted, to my surprise I was allowed to order as many promos at one time I desired. Ended up saving about $20. Much more convenient than having to wait an hour before using the app specials like McDonald's.
I arrive at the place, and the person who attended me, she or is complicated, deaf, or does not tolerate Hispanic people, when she asks for my name for the order, I tell her and even spell it, but she wrote it in This way Laul, a big difference for Luis, when she gives me the order, the very diva throws the food on the table and turns around, however I call her to tell her that I need a straw, and she incredulous, asks me, tapping a glass of plastic on the table and I replied again that I needed a sorbet that the soda machine did not have and I did with my drink the same thing that she did when she asked me, I love the little courtesy of the lady, in relation to Hispanic people , unlike those of his race, who treated them with love.
This is a brand new facility and with that are all the expected issues. The people were great as far as customer service but like most new places and old places have a few issues to work out when it comes to the ordering side of things. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and ended up with bacon king. now I'm sure that most of you would think that that would be a bonus for me not so much. Okay now if you thought we only got charged for a bacon cheeseburger nope!In time they will learn to work out the kinks. But overall it was still a pretty decent meal.
