This place is terrible!Update...went back kids love this place. Ordered 2 kids meals all I got were 2 burgers. Then told them and got rock hard fries that were mild in temperature. Called manager and she basically said oh well..they are cold because you were here 20 mins ago. Rudest place. Will not be going back to this burger king ever.
Long line at the drive up, went around 3 pm. on a Sunday. Ordered 2 soft serve cones, we were told they were out of ice cream.
Service was fine but for money spent seemed lacking in the flavor dept. - got the double when I should have stuck with the impossible burger - we learn - now we know!
good food,service, a little superfic...some are some aren't they are part of the group of Sebring,Florida ..some of them, following comm and of a few heads of. group .

I have NEVER HAD A HUGE PROBLEM BEFORE YESTERDAY. With the exception of taking to long or food being cold. Yesterday I thought I’d sneak a whopper and some onion rings which was the only thing I had eaten for the day. That being said with in 1/2 hour my stomach started gutted & I was throwing up until about 5 minutes ago. My stomach still is NOT Right. Going back thinking about it, I usually would have said something about how cold the burger was. The onion rings were barely warm. People that work here please realize FOOD must be cooked at certain temperatures for reasons. Being up all night having your stomach twist in knots to the point of barely able to move really stinks. You have Lost my business. Because the first time you mess with my health is the last time.
I am absolutely shocked at the rating of this burger king. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here! They go out of their way to be courteous, they are lightning quick, and they always have spot on food. Tonight I had a worker make a TikTok ready icecream for my daughter and she was so stoked! Thanks for being amazing ?
Tables were dirty, trash was over flowing. When asked to clean the lobby we were told that there was no one because there were only 3 people working. I would give them a minus five but you only give them stars.
Terrible service. I pulled up in the drive through (there are two lines/speakers/menus). I sat there for about 15 min before I finally reached the speaker. I was told "I'll be right with you". I sat there about another 15 minutes while the other speaker kept taking new people who just pulled ups orders. So I just pulled off and left since my business was obviously unwanted.
Second visit to this Burger King. The first time I left after 9 minutes to order at the drive up and I was the only customer in the line. Today I thought I would be more patient. From the time I waited in the drive up window to order (and again I was the only one to order when I drove up) until I was handed my breakfast sandwich 22 minutes had gone by. The teller had no clue which sandwich was mine. And it was barely warm when I got it. Two cars behind me just left in frustration . I wish I had done the same thing and gone across the street to McDonalds. Such a bad experience.
