We found Zildjian Catering's business card in my mom's purse (we think by fate) and decided lets give her a call. From the moment we met with Chef Alyson we knew this was our caterer for our wedding. Alyson crafted our menu after taking the time to get to know us and what we liked to eat- and boy did she create an amazing menu! She was attentive, detail oriented and most important- listened to us. I cannot speak highly enough of the food she and her staff cooked for us. People still are raving to us about the mashed potato bar and honey butter! I will recommend Zildjian Catering to anyone with catering needs of any kind! Thank you to Chef Alyson and her staff at Zildjian Catering for making our special day even more special. Definitely check them out, they did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations!
Food and service were both excellent! Customer service is almost unheard of these days, but Zildjian took on our house blessing event on short notice and provided both great food and service. Most of my guests commented on how good the food was. I highly recommend Zildjian for your event.

We walked into Zildjian Catering not knowing what a great decision it would be. Chef Alyson was extremely helpful with recommendations for my mother-in-laws 80th Birthday celebration. We had food for 30 with appetizers and hot food. It was delicious and we had rave reviews from our guests. Chef Alyson helped set up the food and provided a hot box to keep everything heated while we waited for guests to arrive. We served sliced turkey with gravy, chicken skewers, cranberry walnut salad, mixed veggies and potatoes. Appetizers were tomato and mozzarella skewers, grilled shrimp, meatballs, and stuffed mushrooms. Fantastic food and service. We will be back. Thank you Chef Alyson for making our celebration a success!
We were so lucky to find Zildjian Catering. They provided the food for my mother's celebration of life recently and we were so thrilled with everything we chose. Chef Alyson was wonderfully easy to work with and her suggestions were just what we were looking for. Our guests are still raving about the food and the presentation was gorgeous! Recently we had a Corporate event in Sarasota for all our General Mangers, Project Managers, Superintends and Acct Managers. Approx 50 people all together. I used Chef Alyson Catering service to take care of the lunch and I cannot express in words how amazing the experience was. From my initial conversations with Chef Alyson to the delivery of the food... all was very professional. Suffice to say the quality/taste of the food, the clear attention to detail and food presentation was prefect. All provided at a very reasonable price. Absolutely delightful! I had the mango basil shrimp with a gorgeous dressing. My shrimp were fat and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff is courteous and attentive. You can tell that Zildjian puts love and purpose into each bite. And, my apricot square was ridiculously good for breakfast the next day!
Absolutely the best Cuban around. If you haven't tried it yet your missing out. I go every chance I get and there always so welcoming. They treat you like family not like a customer.
