Staff doesn’t care about customers. They don’t know the menu. We asked kindly what was vegan. The kid said no clue than sat on a crate or something like that and went back to texting on his phone. This place is a joke. Half the machines don’t look like they work. They have broken tables up front. It looks more like a money laundering pit than a restaurant.
4 of 12 flavors unavail. because machines broken. One table top broken and nearly fell off. Attendant totally unresponsive. One bathroom out of order. Credit card reader broken.
Owners have let it fall to pieces. 1/2 the machines don’t work. No hot fudge. Staff unmotivated and tired of making excuses. Too bad. Poor showing and hope they fix it.
First time visiting and I will not be back... Absolutely needs to be cleaned.. everything!! From the tables to the spoons, syrups had stuff coming down the sides could not even touch it.. food all over the counter. Garbage was literally overflowing! Credit card machine was down and only 4 flavors. Please clean this place up you are serving food! Nasty nasty nasty!
Out of stock for most items, toppings mixed together and thrown on the floor, machines broken and not dispensing, not sanitary, rude staff who were openly swearing/yelling at each other in front of customers. I used to like this place a lot when I was younger and it's so sad to see what it has become. I will not be going again nor would I recommend anyone to go.

The first time I went, they were all out of their vegan flavor. The second time I went I noticed that they only had three flavors available. The third time I went their credit card machine was down. This fourth time I just went the credit card machine was down and they were only accepting cash. I’m never going back.
Lovely service today at this Yogurtology from a beautiful lady who was welcoming, cheerful and enthusiastic about her product. The yogurt’s pretty great too.The store is beginning to need a bit of a freshen up, but it’s always clean and if this lady is on duty nobody will notice it needs a lick of paint.
We ordered via UberEats, assuming that if they’re offering delivery, they would package the food appropriately to be maintained. They didn’t even place the order in a bag - they handed two pots of frozen yogurt to a maskless delivery driver who then delivered it completely melted. It was inedible and there was no way to tell if it had been tampered with in any way. Certainly not worth $25!
The yogurt selection was limited and what they did have was not very good. The vegan cookies and cream was very tart and didn't taste anything like cookies and cream. The assortment of add ons was good though. No chocolate, no vanilla...
