So I was in siesta key today and just wanted a burger and fries. Wendy's restaurant is usually my first choice when I get a yearning for burgers and fries. One of the cleanest Wendy's I've been in is at the corner of catamaran and anise intersection. The freshness of the food was absolutely amazing 5 ? 4sure.
Worst ever. Picked up dinner on way to work. Fries cold & undercooked. Burger lukewarm. Disgusting. Called to report. No respect or apology. Wendy has lost me as a customer and food had to bed thrown out after trying to eat. just wasn't edible. Left a disgusting aftertaste
The Girl in Drive Thru was VERY RUDE. Was going to have 2 Meals Burger's..She never gave you time to tell her so on got Sandwich's.asked if we would get A order frieds at the window. She stated Guess so.VERY RUDE.Never will go back to Wendy's on Clark Rd Sarasota.
Corporate manager of Wendy'sucks they think a kid mg has more experience dealing with people then a 50 year old man
We went through the drive thru and had a big order. There was no line. As we were giving the order, the lady taking it started to giggle. Then she passed it to one of the other workers who also started to laugh with her. We didn't even finish the order once we heard the laughing because there would've been a bigger problem INSIDE (something unrelated to this happened beforehand so we were already angry, but this made it worse.) Whatever food we did get, excluding the fries, was cold and dry. The only decent worker there is probably the lady at the window.I think Wendy's has better food than most other fast food chains, it's just when the workers cooking it don't care and just want to stand around and get paid.After this, we went to the Burger King across the street for what we didn't get from here.
Literally the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been too. Have tried to go 3x in the last week and was only able to order once and the order was not fresh and awful. It looks very dark and not inviting from the outside so it’s hard to tell if they’re even open. I went through the drive thru and sat for 25 mins until someone finally answered and said I’ll be with you in one moment, then proceed to tell me they were closed a minute later even though it was hours before they were due to close. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to be disappointed.
Probably the most unreliable Wendy’s I have ever been to. They seem to close at any hour of the day, and if you do happen to catch them open, service is unbelievably slow. Don’t waste your time here, McDonald’s and chic fila are right down the road.
Went in for a fathers day treat. The strawberry smoothy was great. Could hardly understand the guy on the drive thru.
Came here for first time a few days ago. Waited in drive thru for at least 35 minutes. Everybody's short staffed so I didn't care. But this morning (5/20/22) the place is desserted with no signs up to say they're closed. Attached is the only sign posted.
Feel bad for the owner. Can't get any good help, inside dining has been closed for roughly a year now, and they close early, due to no staff. The owner/manager is there every day, trying to keep it alive...Food here is ALWAYS good. Would love to see him get a full staff and open it as it used to be
