While we love their smoothies, the service is the worst of all restaurants/food places in Sarasota! This place needs a competent manager. Today is the third time I have ordered 2 smoothie’s and they arrived in small cups! Once again they ran out of their standard large cups!!!!Also why are the prices cheaper in the store than they are when you order through their app??
This is one of the Nastiest places to go to. Ppl scratching their head and picking their nose without washing hands. Rotten banana and bad strawberries. I seen a rat too by the drink machine. Avoid at all cost. Just go next door to skilletz. Or anywhere else really.

Worst Tropical Smoothie in Sarasota. Food isn’t as good at this location as it is at any of the other locations. Every time I’ve been to this location it has been run by only teenagers so makes sense. Needs better management
Very disappointed. The food is poorly made with like no effort. We had 54+ points that was owed when I tried scanning my receipt, it said someone already scanned it. We all know the TikTok trend, workers scanning other peoples receipts that they don’t think they have an account for rewards. Well not me. Go to Main st, they have very good wraps with plenty of food inside to satisfy you, especially for the price of some of them. We order for large family. We don’t have time or money to get cheap stuff.
I'm currently having an absolute otrocious experience here. It's going on 20 minutes and we still haven't received our sandwiches. The smoothies taste terrible and are not blended completely. These employees do NOT know what they're doing! Unfortunately I won't be back when I used to love this place.
We came in on the busiest day possible when the Sharks were swimming next door & all the parents wanted lunch. The poor kids working were WAY understaffed, manager didn't come in and 1 was a trainee. I applaud them for their professionalism and patience. They didn't get frazzled and did the best they could. Sorry I had to catch the plane and rushed you. Normally would have been patient. I wish I could have jumped in to help.You guys did great! Hang in there!
Very good smoothies and sandwiches! Recently moved further away but worth the drive.
I just ordered from this location through the tropical smoothie app and only received the smoothie not the food, the food was the entire point of this order I just had to meet the minimum $ for delivery because my entire family is home sick with Covid and we cannot come into the store to pick up. I’ve called this location at least 20 times and no one has answered the phone. We really needed this healthy food delivery. I will not order from this location again. Extremely disappointed.
