Excellent food and service. First time we had dinner upstairs. Very open and light. You could hear the live music from downstairs but it was like background music - still easy to carry on table conversations during our meal.
Service was outstanding, food delicious, and the ambiance was relaxing.

Unfortunately the table was dirty, back of booth was broken and there was glass chards on our table when we sat down. This is not the norm. The staff did work to clean it up and make it better and checked on us quite a bit. This is a favorite spot for us and we frequent this location while in town on vacation. I donât want it to lose its class and charm.
Food was amazing! The menu looked wonderful. We wanted one of everything. The 3 of us ordered the coconut shrimp and cauliflower appetizers. The slaw with shrimp is so good! Then ordered the macadamia nut crusted snapper, pecan crusted chicken and crab cakes. The best crab cakes we ever had. The vegetables, broccoli and asparagus was cooked perfectly and in a delicious sweet sauce. We were way too full for dessert. Our waitress was ok. She only refilled drinks once. That part could have been better. Overall, though 5 star!
It's a great choice on St. Armand's Circle. The ambience is really nice, if the weather is nice try and sit outside on the small balcony to watch the people on the circle. Service is always friendly and quick, the tuna tacos and the shrimp are great appetizers, the salmon is delicious though the portion could be bigger. There was live music, too! Perfect for a nice dinner, and pretty good at lunchtime too.
My daughter & her girlfriends were in town. Tommyâs is a must do & never disappoints. Snapper was delicious, as well as the chicken dish & cuban sandwich. Drinks were good as alwaysâlots of tropical flavors to make it fun! Also Desserts were generous & delicious!
We try to visit the restaurant Sarasota when we travel and we do enjoy it every time.The dishes served were absolutely outstanding and with the freshness of them it shows that the chef is on top of of his game.Not to forget the cocktails that we ordered,they were fantastic!
The black shrimp salad was just unbelievably good!
