Amazing. I don't say that often but the food was amazing. We were in Florida for a sports competition and waited till the end of our week to get our comfort food crave on. This place has an adorable quirky vibe on a good strip close to the beach. Staff was super friendly and food was quick to be served. We all went with fish tacos (yes the grouper is worth the extra). Each went with a different option actually in terms of fried, blackened or grilled so I can say across the board we were all very happy with our meals. Usually the sides on tacos are meh and you pick at them but the rice and beans was DELICIOUS and I finished the plate. Would 100% recommend this place and if I'm ever in the area again I will be going back for sure.
My husband and I had dinner here and it was very good! We split the dip appetizer that had salsa, queso and guac and also the pork tacos—which were delicious! Service was friendly and fast and the prices were decent, too!
Excellent! We ate here the first night in Siesta Key and we set the bar very high! It was delicious. I had the lettuce wraps with grouper and they were so good… I woke up thinking about them the next day ? we also ordered a pitcher of margaritas (for $42 which got us 5) and they were bomb… I have high standards for margs and these were very good! Best I’ve had in Siesta Key. This restaurant also has live music which is so fun! They were able to accommodate our group of 10 with no wait which was also amazing. They had kids meals too. I highly recommend! AND we had great service! Our server was excellent.
Wish I was in Tijuana, eating BBQ'd iguanas.. but this place is almost as nice. One too many margaritas and I was stumbling out the door, BUT damn were they delicious! The food and ambiance is amazing as is the staff.
We didn’t eat here because we had just recently ate before we visited. They had an amazing live music set up which we really enjoyed. We had a couple of drinks and headed out. We were very happy with the music (including the steel drum). Very casual place.
I'm not a fan of any kind of Chinese food but the family wanted to go there. I ordered the nachos platter which was enough to feed 3 people and was very good. Others had the fish tacos which they said were excellent. Server was very nice and we could see that he had been running ragged all night but still remained friendly with us. The one complaint I have is that they had a guy singing with an electric guitar with the amp turned up all the way. We asked to be moved as did two other families near us. We couldn't even hear ourselves talking to each other.
Let's start at the very beginning. You have to pay $5 to park. Other than the man at the Lincoln dealership the valet was the first person to drive my car. He drove it about 30 feet, and backed it into a parking space. More about this at the end. We had an apetizer that cost about $10 that included chips and three small containers of dip that tasted like something from a fast food place. We had two margaritas and a daiquiris that were just not good. When the regular food came we were certain that we had gone to the wrong place for dinner. Everything on our entrees was delicious. I have to say that the Hula Burger was one of the best burgers I ever had. When the bill came three meals, and three drinks came out to $121 with the tip. I was in shock. I guess I didn't think about $10 bad margaritas and $10 for a bad appetizer. Then they added insult to our meal. It was raining hard. There were people waiting for tables. We chose to leave so they could seat those families. I sent a message to the valet.. We waited about 5 minutes and walked out under the covered walk way. We found our car about 20 feet from the front of the restaurant. It had not been moved. Because it was right beside the restaurant my wife took her keep and they opened the doors and got in. The valet came and took my tag. and said he would get my car. I said "t's right there, my wife and daughter are already in it." Then I said just give me the keys. THEY COULD NOT FIND THE KEYS!!! After 10-minutes they figured that one valet had them with her, but she was taking care of other cars. I walked out IN THE RAIN to get my keys. So much for vaet service. I rated the restaurant a three because the entrees were good. The rest of the evening was a bust.
We ate here with our family of four. Enjoyed sitting outside and watching the liveliness of the area. The food was delicious! The Baja chicken was great!
Pretty good restaurant walking distance from the beach. The kids Mac and cheese was clearly left over microwaved. But the blackened Tacos were good
One of the best cuban sandwich ever, made with the exact ingredients and deliciously press and yummy fries. Also the 3 chicken tacos were excellent.
