The ice cream was very tasty but the ordering process was a mess. There was no structure or line. Everyone was just cramming in and hoping for the best.
My review keeps getting taken down..umm..?? I am very respectful about how i am saying that this place is over priced..workers are very unprofessional and nasty attitudes. The candy is stale and really not edible. They wanted to charge us 85.00 for some gummy bears.and assorted gummy candies.. and 2 pieces of choc bacon! We politely declined and the KID working got very upset and said wow really?! YES really!! We left went to dollar tree and spent $20 on a huge bucket full of different candies for our movie night! WASTE OF TIME AND TOO EXPENSIVE! P.s I'm not the only one who thinks this way look at the other reviews... No need to keep taking my review down..
Every time we came to siesta we stopped for treats. Ice cream, candy, chocolates. Our kids loved the blonde lady/owner who is no longer. She always remembered our family. The staff was strange rude & less than clean. It was expected of our kids to leave a tip!! Very disorganized candy chocolates were the same. Chocolates were inedible. Ice cream seemed off. Skipped the patio sat on the bench on the side walk to watch other dissatisfied customers. Its similar to a gas station convenience store only more expensive.
Terrible customer service we went in towards the end of June beginning of July. We live in Ohio so buying Fudge and driving it back home just wasn't an option so instead we spent over 100 dollars ordered online to have it shipped to our house. Well a couple months later still nothing so I called and was told they were having a hard time finding workers. So I said ok we can be patient. Another month passes still nothing. I called he said there was an issue with the ordering system and I said ok well at this point can I just get a refund? I mean we are going on 4 months of waiting for fudge. He said sure send me your order number I will get you a refund. I followed up 3 weeks later as I still had not received a refund. He said he would look into it and call me back. As I write this review (December 23), I have not received a refund and when I call my phone calls are not answered or returned. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I am looking into taking legal action at this point because I have exhausted all other options.
The blondes and ice cream. The owner and her daughter were very helpful in selecting chocolate fudge and ice cream. It seems like people really like the blondes and ice cream here.But we came for the peanut butter pie fudge - it was excellent service was great and they sent us to the other store for some caramel apples which we really wantedVery helpful and fun environment - especially for kids
The two blondes, the owner and her daughter were super helpful, very nice, and friendly and I ordered an ice cream cone which was 10/10! The fish is made from scratch the old fashioned way! Recommend coming here.
The blondes, the owner and her daughter, were definitely NOT there tonight. The two guys were unaware. We tried the fudge and one person in our group had ice cream. There was a hair in it. Dirty. Disappointed. The restaurant next door recommended this place because of the quality & staff. Assuming they went on a blonde night.
Had a terrible experience in this store. Had to wait a very long time for service, no covid safety and the prices are outrageous for what they are selling.
I love this place! Everyone that works there is so nice and they let me sample alll the ice cream! They always have new flavors & its so good.
We walked in looked around and walked out. The store is dirty and several chocolates were bloomed. Cases are a disorganized mess.. Young lady did greet us.
