We have dined at this Capital Grille at least 10x since moving to Lakewood Ranch last September and they have NEVER disappointed! This is the first visit for a special occasion (my husband's birthday) and it was very nice. Our table had special decorations and a birthday card when we arrived. Our family shared a seafood starter which was fun to eat and delicious. Our server Nick provided outstanding service from the start to finish! I had a Dirty Goose and then the Generous Pour promotion! We all had perfectly cooked steaks and three sides (mashed potatoes, mushrooms and brussels sprouts). My husband ordered the flourless cake and it was presented with Happy Birthday written in chocolate and a small cheesecake for me. Again, we really enjoyed our meal from start to finish and look forward to another visit soon!
Service was great , atmosphere was as expected. Only negative was steak was a little on the dry side. Other than that fantastic

Our waiter Daniel was very sweet and efficient. We were sat right away and our food and drink came quickly throughout the night.
We had a lovely date night. The food was amazing. Our waiter was beyond reproach. Best ever.
Salmon salad is delicious. Had filet mignon the last time which was excellent but slightly salty. Great service too.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday dinner and we were NOT disappointed! From the moment we entered we were greeted with kindness and smiles. The table was set with a very nice birthday card and confetti down the center. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic birthday dinner, which is exactly what I wanted for his birthday! Our server was AMAZING! She had great recommendations and provided every detail possible to answer our questions about menu items. Major complements to the chef for making our dinner melt in our mouths!! And the sweet birthday treat at the end of our meal was the topper! What a great surprise to have a Happy Birthday plate served with chocolate cake and cheesecake with a candle to make a wish! We were very pleased with the entire experience and plan to dine again soon! Thank you to everyone that made our experience a wonderful one!
Truly outstanding!! Our server, Jesus, was very professional while being very personable. He remembered us from a couple of months ago, and provided us great personal service. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and they gave us a decorated table, a birthday card, deserts and even comped our martinis! My wife's crab meat cocktail was delicious, as was my steak tartare, which I haven't had in decades! It was a truly memorable experience!! Kudos to the Capital Grille!
