Custard was good but for a Tuesday evening when they weren't busy, we waited far too long for our order. Over 15 minutes. The staff were busy doing dishes so they could close on time, with over an hour and 15 minutes until closing.
Every chance I get I love to come to this place. They have the best fresh sandwiches sandwiches and ice cream. I love their strawberry shakes shakes. Brings me back to being a kid and having a quick strawberry milk. Definitely it must stop that

I love this place. The Bradenton location is substantially better. The staffing issue here is special.The person who took my order lost it. We waited 25min and saw seven more customers put their orders in and receive their food before I had to ask what happened to my order. They gave me excuses and offered to start making the order again but after 25 mins we didn’t have time to stay and wait.They gave me my money back which is good. I would suggest going here at your own risk. The lack of a sense of urgency is just upsetting. Sad to review this service and give this review.
Waited 40 minutes and never got our ice cream. Got a refund and left. Staff has no idea what they’re doing and have no easy system in place to take orders and make them. Very disappointed.
The best sandwiches & custard on Earth! They now have the Sweetberries Cobb; for those fans that have been going there since they opened 1st location in Bradenton, it’s the “New England Cobb” minus the onion, just ask them to add, and have it toasted?❤️!! Employees are great & dine in is clean!
SB can be a gamble if certain cooks aren't working, but generally speaking the food is excellent and the custard is next level. I have been a patron of this place for over a decade and it has only let me down a handful of times out of the dozens if not hundreds of times I eaten there or gotten take out. Great prices and consistently good service, this has got to be one of Sarasota's most underrated lunch spots!
Absolutely delicious custard but sometimes they are soooo slow! Take your patient pants when you go, it’s worth it!
Enjoy getting a frozen custard here after a day at the beach. Staff is friendly. Delicious frozen desserts. I recommend the "Bradenton Beach" as my go to concrete. Restrooms are clean. Temperature in the store is comfortable. I recommend.
