Stopped here for lunch, ordering several sandwiches to go. They advertise 3 types of sliders. I asked if I could get chicken on a slider (instead of ham, turkey or steak.) Was told "no", that no substitutions could be made. I offered to pay extra, if I could have a chicken meat slider. Again, "no". Strange policy, especially if customer offers to pay extra!
