A hidden gem! They had an incredible menu of vegan options, at an incredible price! The sweet peanut curry and fresh roll were delicious. And the pandan boba was ? (although a little watery, but that usually happens with dairy-free milk, so not a big deal). The fried rice wasn’t very oily at all (I don’t know how they did it!). I love the vibe in the restaurant, super cute decor and plants and great to go with friends/on a date! The food came out incredibly fast, and the staff was super friendly (I watched a very busy staff member drop everything and run to help an older man walking with his food to his car, and thought it was so sweet!). I do wish that they had plates or bowls rather than the single-use take-out containers.Overall, I’m so happy to see so many vegan options, loved the vibe, and I can’t wait to come back!
Stiks has a fun vibe, and the food was great. I was a little overwhelmed with the menu, not being too familiar with the options. I was glad the toppings were on the side, so I could taste them separately. I really enjoyed it, especially as a “light” tasting meal (like didn’t make me feel heavy like a lot of places do after eating out). Give it a try!
A friend recommended this place and it did not dissapoint at all. All of the food was very tasty and authentic. I have to admit i was a little skeptical but after trying their food it is on point. We ordered green curry, red curry and pad thai. All of them were great. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly.
I loved the shiitake noodles! I am quite happy to find a scrumptious and filling vegetarian dish(technically the dish is vegan). I'm definitely ordering it again. One thing I didn't expect was that the tofu option was more like a topping than an integrated part of the dish. Still, it was great and I'll be back for more.
Amazing ambiance and vibe in here sets the tone for something you know will be memorable. I love the quick casual take on a traditional style of restaurant, never seen one before for this type of food. They have a large variety of food spanning several cultures and they are all very well done.I’m a Pad Thai expert, and this place is the first in Sarasota to nail it. Most places under sauce the Pan Thai, and leave you with some plain wet noodles. Not here, tons of flavor, perfectly cooked Al Dente noods, huge portion and at a insanely low price, nearly half of most. Soups were also excellent.
Wonderful! Visiting Sarasota on spring break with my three middle school aged kids. Everyone loved their food. Fresh delicious flavors. Fast service. Maybe a little pricey. Decor was simple and clean. Would love to see more lounging areas. Very friendly staff. We’ll definitely come back!
Great food, fast and friendly service, cute decor. Ordered the crab Rangoon, papaya salad, lo mein, and a curry dish. Would have added a side of veggies to throw into the main dishes, but was overall really good. Loved the can of bubbles to go with it too!
If you loved taste of Asia, you will enjoy Stiks even more. With a lighter, airier feel- Stiks has taken all of your TOA favorites and condensed them into a faster, more affordable dining option. A favorite of mine is the Lao Curry Noodle Soup. Robust flavors within the comfort of a homemade soup with a selection of the best veggies. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy some Boba and knock out a couple hours of work- look no further!
Delicious! Same family-owned and operated as Taste of Asia, but now with a modern, casual flair. Everything was wonderful!
This place has the best yellow curry ever. The fried rice is sooooo good also. The owners are so nice. Definitely will keep ordering from here.
