Terrible Customer Service, Very Rude Employees that make the wrong drink and get mad at you for coming around asking for the proper drink, respectively. He basically refused to remake it because it interfered with the other drinks being made so I asked for a refund because they made my drink completely wrong. He was very upset I drove back around after paying almost 8 dollars on a coffee that was made completely wrong. Essentially was just milk in a cup. Even though we ordered correctly and was said back our order. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and I can’t get the tip back I gave them but at least he FINALLY refunded my drink after being an absolute mean rude employee. Never again.
They always give u what they want. U ask for one thing. U getting the exact opposite. It happened multiple times. U ask them to change it they catch an attitude. So the question now is, if we throw them drinks on them when they catch an attitude does that makes us wrong?
I’m reference to POS person,name tag Cari.I was waiting in line and she was very rude to an Asian exchange student from the looks of it and frustrated with the young lady for no reason, very unwelcoming feeling to the foreigner.When I and my girlfriend came to the register another customer walked up and she aggressively shooshed me .
This Starbucks location is busy, busy. Fortunately there was parking. Fyi, the wait time for in-person orders is lengthy.
Because this place is across campus it's the immediate place to go to with my friends to do classwork. People who work there I recognize as my classmates as well. Because of this, this starbucks has a place in my heart. But also, as a student, I see this a new and productive setting in comparison to my dorm room. So it really sucks when the starbucks randomly closes early or change the hours, because I don't see it on the website/google. I can speak for half of campus when I say this is one of the only places we can do our cafe drawing homework at, so it really sucks. Great place tho! Good vibes and good food. Amazingly sweet workers. All I really ask it to either stop being sporadic with their hours or have a better way to let us know when they change the hours or just randomly close early.
Starbucks is a very good coffee chain but this store is only using their drive-thru and my vehicle is too tall so no coffee for me today!
This place is always having issues whether the lobby is closed or the drive thru is closed. What gives??Edit: changing to one star. They have changed their Sunday hours to opening at noon but even the Starbucks app didn't know that! Google listing not updated. My earlier comment still applies.
Worst starbucks in the area! They usually make the wrong drink or wrong size on simple orders and they are continually late to open. It's 30 minutes past opening at 5am and nobody is answering the drive through. This place is just awful. I've never had this hard of a time getting a single cup of coffee from any other Cafe.

Very poor customer service, not to mention they literally never get my simple drink right! Then argue with me about it! Lol! Never going back there, waste of my money
