They didn't have enough staff so it was a little bit slow. I got the wrong drink but of course it was via the drive-thru so by the time I took a drink, it was too far to go back.Nice location and staff.
If I could give 0 stars I would for this location. Inconsistent lobby hours, numerous drink mistakes (I get basic coffee with cream and sugar). This location has gone downhill since it opened.
i ordered online and chose instore pickup but the store was locked and only the drive thru was open and the line was very long so i ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a drink i had ordered in advance.
Spacious seating inside and out. The staff is always helpful and friendly and gets your order right . A great location in Sarasota!
This is one of the worst locations! Always closing early, always closing cafe, traffic is a nightmare how am I suppose to exchange points? More and more becoming a scam! Wean yourselves from this place it’s toxic and so are the zombies whom need it!
The employees here are awful. Entitled children. 9 out of 10 visits my coffee's wrong and I don't get just any coffee. It's almost $10 coffee so I'm paying $10 for something I don't want 9 out of 10 times. I usually get two extra shots of espresso and I never give it to me. If I ask them to fix it, I get an attitude. Never going here again it's a horrible experience and I can't afford to be ripped off everyday. I thought Starbucks had good training for their employees because all the other locations are awesome!
Nice location, fast service, friendly employees. All employees and most customers masked at the time I went. Tasty coffee. ☕
Tried to get a coffee with sugar, got artificial sweetener instead. Then they wouldn't give me a new coffee, just some sugar on the side to I guess mix with the sweetener. I can't stand the taste of artificial sweetener, ended up trowing away money and coffee. Not the normal Starbucks, avoid this one.
Love Starbucks in general this location friendly staff but very busy in the am and evenings on some occasions
This is my local SB. Like most places, understaffed with short hours. Hard-working crew trying to please customers in a difficult environment.
